このプロジェクトは絶対に素晴らしいです。建物からの眺めは信じられないほど素晴らしいです。交通量の多いヤシの幹に位置しているため、この地域には交通渋滞がないため、場所の点でドゥアビで最高のプロジェクトの 1 つです。アパートは贅沢です。すべてがとても近い - ナキール モール、建物の正面にある 7 つのビーチ クラブ、アリッティハド公園、プライベート ビーチへのアクセス

cleanliness issues

this review is based on a one bedroom experience and most is relevant to the building itself
pros:
1- nice colors finishings
2- available markets around gives access to on spot groceries
3- double glassed windows, gives complete sense of quietness
4- availability of maintenance team on spot, as some reside in the building
5- the building is handled by one management company, avoids you handling a hassle with the owner directly (one owner for the whole building)
6- mainly families so you wont be bothered by bachelors parties
7- main bathrooms are bathtub equipped which also defines the space
8- parking spaces available outside the building - this is beneficial if you have 2 cars
9- most balconies have an open space view
10- as of 2022 no neighboring construction - no construction noises
cons:
1- tenants crowd, garbage thrown in the parking all the time
2- cleanliness of building after 3 years is different
3- cockroaches in corridors (this appeared after 1.5 years of the building age) - this also reflects on residents and can affect you as they roam for shelter before winter
4- dirty elevators - also reflects on the crowd and the attention of management company to such details
5- fire alarm goes off several times, without a fire being there
6- thin walls can be annoying if someone is having a party, which is minimal since most of the buildings residents are families
7- kids play in corridors - can be noisy unless you ask patents nicely
8- no family or playing area only pool - no space for kids to play
9- tiny balconies for 1 bedrooms
10- windows cannot be easily cleaned - always look dusty
11- tiny closets in 1 bedrooms barely fits 1 person a couple will definitely need to buy another closet
12- having stores under might be a disadvantage as cars are always stopping jamming the side road that leads to the parking entrance
13- kitchen fixtures is of poor quality and cupboards doors come off every now and then
14- cleanliness is not a very important subject for the building management, neither it is for the type of tenants residing, corridors will be left dirty, papers thrown in elevators, trash leaks through corridors.

for me, vida zaabeel is a convenient apartment in dubai. it's convenient both living inside with many facilities and the surrounding area. there’s provides residents with a nice finishing which is luxurious and modern. additionally, the apartment is located near the main road and walkable to the nearest bus stop.

when i heard emaar properties launching a new project and a villas project i was already sold. as emaar properties are very meticulous with their design work and functionaility of real estate. the villa is at the high-end but the price in dubai luxury real estate is still for great value. it will be an amazing holiday home during winter months in germany and perfect to go golfing in the area. i move in and out of dubai often, so i can call this home.

livable living and near mbrl

d1 tower is a residential building that is full of facilities and accessibility for me. it’s really close to dubai creek, both metro and bus station, there’s also nearby many leisure places such as dubai creek and especially close to muhammed bin rashid library which will open in june 2022 just a few minutes walk. moreover, the project also includes jameel arts centre which is the nearest museum. according to the places nearby, it will be easy to assume that this is a livable place right ? . that’s why d1 tower is livable for me.

i lived in jvc for 4 years now and i love the area. closeby to the city and residential district of dubai is amazing. also the area have amazing amenities to enjoy as well. traveling to the city is easy by bus which can take 14 minutes. the 1-bedroom apartment that i saw is very well design. lots of hidden spaces. very airy and bright colors. very minilistic and modern design in the bedroom. very comfortable and calm live in jvc.

good house and full of facilities

i made the right decision to buy this house. the house is in the perfect location with a calm and serene vibe of the villa area. the interior was good with a white and grey tone but the outside was designed in a different way. i love the house with a covered garage and private garden. the neighborhood is so nice, we have a perfect time sometimes and friendly.

affordable, nice design, for a good first home

for my first home in dubai and ever, it is an amazing place to start. the apartment is nice, very spacious for its size, and affordable. the apartment is great for my age, someone single. a big bedroom area for 1-bedroom. many small zones to create a work station, a play-station area, and movie area. traveling can be a bit annoying sometimes. as public transports is quite far away so i need to walk towards al barsha. but overall very happy with the purchase and cant wait till 2025.
