Good location, one side on the road to Khao Takiab On the other side, next to the sea, beautiful beach, 1 km away from Khao Takiab, 4 km away from Chatchai Market, until the housekeeper, the guard, takes care of order and is very friendly. There is a forensic technician to take care of the integrity of the public utilities, including helping the residents. Overall, it's a good project.
It's an old condo but well-maintained and it’s next to famous tourist attractions.

My daughter and I spend time on our vacation together in this condo as my husband recommended it here. The atmosphere is quiet and private as it isn't crowded. It is also very convenient to travel anywhere. There are many attractions near the condo. My husband bought this room a long time ago. A room type is a three-bedroom unit with a sea view and a large balcony. It's very suitable for a party. There are two communal swimming pools, and the first one is in front of the entrance building. Another pool is next to Khao Takiab beach, which is always crowded. The view is beautiful, and the atmosphere is so good. So, my husband bought my resale unit from a friend again, and the price is reasonable. It comes with complete furniture. I rarely have to buy new furniture because it's beautiful and perfect.
