Bali style luxury pool villa house

Luxurious Balinese style home, its construction is the perfect combination of wood and mortar for construction and decoration. Giving the mood like a boutique hotel, no security guards and common areas It offers sea views from some 2-story condos and villas, not far from Hua Hin town, just about 10 minutes drive away.
Quiet and private

The project is quiet and private. Neighbors lived in an orderly manner. Most of them are retired foreign couples. It's pretty quiet at night. Instead, there are pet and insect sounds. If you live here, it would be more convenient to have a car because it is quite far from the local amenities.
Villa suitable for family

I choose to buy a condo for vacation accommodation for my family. The room size is up to 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6-8 people. It is worth the price. More importantly, you can also relax closer to nature. We are very impressed here and feel good every time I take a break. It is a condo with a high level of privacy. There are a few units in the room. Furthermore, people are also not busy. The central area is surrounded by green gardens, convenient parking, and an excellent security system. Also, the project location is close to Hua Hin Town, easy travel as the route is not complicated. Overall, this place is suitable for vacation, which we can breathe in good air fully.
Nice place to stay in Hua Hin

It is a quality accommodation with a beautiful view and a pleasant environment. The staff are also lovely and take good care of me. The project area is wide and beautifully arranged gardens. The atmosphere is very nice in the evening, and you can sit and admire the beautiful views. Besides, the project facilities include a swimming pool, car parking, and a security system. There is a variety of accommodation to choose from according to the needs of both condos and single houses.
It's suitable for hoilday home

It's a house that we usually stay during our holidays as it's not far away from BKK. The spacious house consists of 4 bedrooms with full furniture, so it's ready to move in. I love the design here, which is mainly white, making it pleasant. It's surrounded by the garden, so relaxing to sit here sometimes. With the large area, it's enough for us to have a barbecue party in the evening. The communal swimming pool is huge. My dad and I always go swimming in the morning. The project's location is in the city center, not far from Bluport shopping mall and Vana Nava Water Park, which is so convenient. As for the price, I think it is quite high compared with nearby projects. Anyway, overall, it's okay. It's the right choice as a holiday home.
Accommodation is quite old, No renovated!

Actually, I don't like it here because it's quite old and far from the essential amenities, but my girlfriend likes it here as it is quiet and has an excellent security system. The building looks quite old and doesn't have very good maintenance. Since we moved in, it was unfurnished, and we had to buy some additional decorations ourselves. Besides, there is a private swimming pool. The public utility system is excellent. I think it's too expensive!
Sea and mountains views

I bought a penthouse with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms here. The interior is spacious with well-decorated furniture. It is overlooking the sea and mountains around. Good facilities such as a swimming pool and a security guard. The location is near Khao Takiab beach, Suan Son Pradipat Beach, and Vana Nava Water Jungle.
