RSBuilt was set up in order to satisfy the needs of a growing number of Koh Samui residents, investors and potential investors, to have access to a specialist construction company that could be relied upon to provide projects built to the highest professional standards.
Due to the incredible rise within the Koh Samui property market over a number of years and the inevitable increase in all types of development, it has been difficult for standards to keep pace and many developers have fallen by the wayside, literally, or in the levels of quality they provided.
RSBuilt are an experienced enterprise who entered the market, not to capitalise on massive growth, which is no longer a reality, but to develop their own niche market for high quality build and finish, which have, to a large degree, been lacking within the Koh Samui market.
