In this example, 49 of the total units in this building (or 49% of the total salable area) can be owned outright by non-thai nationals in their name.  The ownership titles of these 49 units is referred to as Freehold or Foreign Quota.

Beautiful project with complete facilities

The best condo with a nice location, complete with many facilities, including a communal pool, a gym, and parking lots. The room is also luxuriously decorated and quality, worth the money paid. Unfortunately, parking lots are not enough. Anyway, I think it's okay as it is conveniently located and close to my office and many restaurants. Life is so convenient!!
Old building but expensive price, located in Sukhumvit

The condo is located on Soi Sukhumvit 18, very convenient to travel. It can be connected to both Asoke BTS and Sukhumvit MRT. Also, it's easy to go shopping, because there is a lot of malls. About the disadvantage, I think the condo is too old. But fortunately, when moving in, there was a recent renovation, and it's fully furnished. The room I stayed in was a studio room. The spacious balcony opens to the city view, and the air is well ventilated !! I think this is suitable for living alone. The facilities in the condo are not enough for the residents !!
A great place to live

I've recently moved here. But, I feel like this is a great place to live and want to recommend it. It is just about 5 minutes walk to Asok BTS station or Terminal 21 shopping mall. The room is quite spacious and well separated into the kitchen, living room, and bedroom. Also, you can get a good wind from the balcony. There is a big nice swimming pool here. And the building is also being maintained very well.
It's a little old condo in a very good location.

It's a little old condo in a very good location, not far from the Skytrain station. If you walk to Asoke MRT station, it takes less than 10 mins. Even if the project is pretty old, the condition is still good. The room layout is well-designed. The room size is proper. The room I stayed in is a two-bedroom unit at almost 100 square meters. More importantly. The facilities are complete, including the gym, a swimming pool, and a playground. Overall, if you take its quality into account, the cost is pretty effective.

I rented a room at this condo for over 2 years now because it is in the city center, close to Asoke BTS and Sukhumvit MRT. It is very convenient to travel. Another important thing, this area is a hub for many businesses. My own company is nearby. If the company isn't relocated, I will stay here longer. As I said, everything is very convenient for me. The room I rented is a one-bedroom unit with a decent size. The furniture is fully supplied, and it is in good condition. The condo looks a bit old outside but well maintained. The pool was clean, and the gym has well-maintained equipment.
