Nusasiri Public Company Limited (“the Company”) (Previously, Angpao Assets Public Company Limited and Thai Durable Textile Public Company Limited was established on August 19, 1960 to operate a textile business. On August 10, 1992, the Company’s shares were listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), and in 1994, the Company was converted to a public limited company.

During 1993 – 1997, the Company had incurred losses. As a result, in 1997, the Company was notified by SET that it had fallen into criteria of the securities that may be delisted from SET, and SET had ordered the Company’s shares, which was traded on the Textile sector, to be transferred to the companies under rehabilitation plans (REHABCO). Later, the Company had proceeded with its plan for exclusion from being delisted. Therefore, in April 2003, SET had allowed the Company’s shares to be traded again under REHABCO sector.

The free trade agreement and the removal of textile quota allocation during early 2005 caused an intense competition both within the country and abroad. As a result, the price of textile products had fallen. The company incurred losses and faced liquidity problems, and SET had suspended the trading of the Company’s shares until the Company can meet the criteria for exclusion from being delisted and transferring back to normal sector. In 2006, SET had removed REHABCO sector and transferred the Company to be under the Non-Performing Group.

In 2006, the Company ceased to operate its textile business. In February 2006, it terminated the operations of yarn spinning and weaving, and in June 2006, it withheld all production activities of its garment department. On December 22, 2006, SET had notified an additional condition stipulating that the Company had fallen into criteria of the securities that may be delisted as the Company had ceased to operate almost all of its business and its operating assets had significantly fallen.

After terminating the textile business, the Company has established a new business, a property development business. The Company has begun operating its property business starting from being a property sales agent. Afterwards, in July 2009, the Company’s shareholders’ meeting had approved an acquisition of assets from Nusasiri Grand Public Company Limited and KMP Property Company Limited (“Nusasiri Group”) to be its operating assets, consisting of five projects with an amount of not exceeding Baht 2,490.00 million baht to be its operating assets and enable the performance of the Company. The Company owns the trademark “Nusasiri” this is the original famous brand and well-know among the customers who is a better position. The Company has permission to use the service sign “Baan Krisana” in the Baan Krissan Rama 5 Project which is quite well-know. The assets acquired comprise of;

The Plaza zone of the condominium unit of Nusasiri Grand Condo Project (Sukhumvit-Ekamai)
The land and construction of Nusasiri Sathorn-Wongwaen Project.
The land and construction of Nusasiri Sathorn-Pinklao Project.
The land and construction of Nusasiri Rama 2 Project.
The Krisana Rama 5-Kanchanapisek Project.
Cash payment is not more than Baht 1,500 million and paid in shares to Nusasiri Group is not exceeding 3,304.38 million shares at the price of Baht 0.35 per share, worth no more than Baht 1,156.53 million, and change its name to Angpao Assets Public Company Limited. The company has received approval from the Stock Exchange back into trading in the real estate category. On September 9, 2014 And launched the project on behalf of company 2 project as follows;

Parc Exo Condominium , Kaset-Navamintr Road
In 2013 the company has launched a The horizontal project 1 project, The horizontal townhouse, Narathon Suwintawong Road

Foreigners can own a condominium Freehold in their own name. Condominium ownership is best explained by looking at an example of a project that has 100 units for sale.

In this example, 49 of the total units in this building (or 49% of the total salable area) can be owned outright by non-thai nationals in their name.  The ownership titles of these 49 units is referred to as Freehold or Foreign Quota. 

This leaves 51 units remaining in the building (or 51% of the total salable). The freehold rights to these units are reserved for Thai nationals in what is commonly referred to as the Thai quota.

Spacious room, good location, next to Ekkamai BTS

Receptionists serve perfect service and are friendly, always give insightful recommendations, and are helpful. The room I rented is spacious with 2 bedrooms, luxuriously and beautifully decorated. It's excellent in proportions with tidiness. The balcony also overlooks the Bangkok view. Besides, the location is close to Ekkamai BTS, which is very convenient to go everywhere. I'd like to say that it suits the price, and I'm impressed to rent it here.

I bought a room in this project for monthly rent out. I can tell that I can’t be wrong in choosing this project. Since the rental release, there have been many interested tenants, both Thai and foreigners, as it sits in a perfect location; stepping down from Ekkamai BTS, you will reach the front of the condo. Also, there are all shops, restaurants, and malls in the neighborhood. For the project site, there are enough facilities for the residents, including a fitness center, swimming pool, and parking lots. The room that I bought is a spacious studio room with full furniture, which is very worthwhile. To be honest, since it opened for rent, I have never received negative feedback from tenants. Plus I also received a compliment that makes me feel so happy.
Condo has a skytrain walkway from Ekkamai BTS station, convenient location

I choose this place because this condo is connected to Ekkamai BTS station and has a Skytrain walkway. Very convenient and easy to find motorbike taxis and taxi meters in front of the condo. This condo is in a very good location, close to shops, restaurants, and various specialized clinics. Our one-bedroom unit is spacious. There is a door separating the bedroom from the living area and the kitchen area, very good.

I really like the project's location as it takes only a few steps to Ekkamai BTS station, which is convenient and saves a lot of travel time. There are various types of rooms, from the studio to the penthouse unit. The room I stayed in is a 2-bedroom unit, a proper size with minimal design. The gym is a bit old, and there are only a few types of equipment. The price per square meter is high, but the location next to the BTS station makes it quite reasonable.
Beautiful condo next to Ekkamai BTS

Regarding location and transportation, I give this place 5 stars because it is convenient to travel. Just a few steps walking to Ekkamai BTS, and it is convenient to connect to various places. If going to nearby areas, motorbike taxis are waiting in front of the project. I only took about 10 minutes to work, and I didn't have to worry about traffic jams. The condo site is designed to be very private, with clean common areas. There are swimming pools, a fitness center, and a convenience store. I rarely went anywhere on my day off. I spend most of my time in the room and sometimes go swimming. The staff here are accommodating. I used to inform the staff about getting the door repaired, and it was repaired immediately !! Anyone looking for a condo next to BTS, I recommend this place !!

Located in a very convenient location, there is direct access from Ekamai BTS. Next to the condo, there is a Gateway Ekamai department store, and near there is a hospital. Living here is very convenient and complete. The condo is not new, but there are also common areas such as a swimming pool, relaxation area, and fitness center. The receptionist always has good advice. There are a lot of both Thai and foreigners here.
