このコンドミニアムは価格に見合うだけの価値があり、生活のあらゆる細部を満たしています。スパライは素晴らしい仕事をしたと思います。上質な素材を使った素敵なお部屋です。さらに、特に夜の景色はとても美しいです。同じ開発者による他のプロジェクトと比較すると、部屋の価格はほぼ 2 倍です。ただし、このプロジェクトは、サイアム地区、病院、学校など、あらゆるものに近い一等地にあります。このエリアには BTS が利用できるので、どこかに行くのはとても簡単ですが、ラッシュアワーの間はペッチャブリーロードを避ける必要があります。車で行く場合は、Banthat Thong Road を通った方がいいと思います。
