The Rise Sukhumvit 39 は Khlong Tan Nuea, バンコク にある マンション・アパート プロジェクト 12月 2008に竣工されました。 7フロア全体 そして、Thai Rinkai Nissan Mark Co., Ltdによって開発されました。
For more than 20 years since Nissan Construction Co., Ltd. established its predecessor, Nissan Construction (Thailand), in 1994, we have been working with Thai people and Japanese companies that have expanded into Thailand. We have been working on the maintenance of the building.
During that time, there were some twists and turns, but in 2015 we decided to establish a new local subsidiary as Thai Rinkai Nissan Construction Co., Ltd. and develop the construction business.
We will make every effort to provide high-quality construction services that meet the actual conditions and demands of the region, and we ask for your continued support and patronage.
Our parent company, Rinkai Nissan Construction Co., Ltd., is a Japanese general construction company with a long history and achievements of nearly 100 years since 1924.
We have been walking along with the development of Japanese industry. As a local subsidiary of Rinkai Nissan Construction Co., Ltd. in Thailand, we are developing construction business mainly in Bangkok.
We receive full human and financial support from Rinkai Nissan Construction, including technical support, and Salid Banakiat, a Thai director who has been engaged in construction business for many years in the Thai construction industry. With the management participation of Mr. Acom Banakiat, Mr. Sampas Chananiyom, a Thai adviser who has been involved in public works projects as a high-ranking official of the Thai government, we are also familiar with the information necessary to develop business in Thailand.
We will do our best to serve you, so please give us your order.
Foreigners can own a condominium Freehold in their own name. Condominium ownership is best explained by looking at an example of a project that has 100 units for sale.
In this example, 49 of the total units in this building (or 49% of the total salable area) can be owned outright by non-thai nationals in their name. The ownership titles of these 49 units is referred to as Freehold or Foreign Quota.
This leaves 51 units remaining in the building (or 51% of the total salable). The freehold rights to these units are reserved for Thai nationals in what is commonly referred to as the Thai quota.
After you have found the right property at The Rise Sukhumvit 39 you have to follow these steps:
