safa two は現在、ドバイ全土で予定されている私のお気に入りのプロジェクトの 1 つです。立地、建築、設備がとても気に入りました。

このプロジェクトは絶対に素晴らしいです。建物からの眺めは信じられないほど素晴らしいです。交通量の多いヤシの幹に位置しているため、この地域には交通渋滞がないため、場所の点でドゥアビで最高のプロジェクトの 1 つです。アパートは贅沢です。すべてがとても近い - ナキール モール、建物の正面にある 7 つのビーチ クラブ、アリッティハド公園、プライベート ビーチへのアクセス

this review is based on a one bedroom experience and most is relevant to the building itself pros: 1- nice colors finishings 2- available markets around gives access to on spot groceries 3- double glassed windows, gives complete sense of quietness 4- availability of maintenance team on spot, as some reside in the building 5- the building is handled by one management company, avoids you handling a hassle with the owner directly (one owner for the whole building) 6- mainly families so you wont be bothered by bachelors parties 7- main bathrooms are bathtub equipped which also defines the space 8- parking spaces available outside the building - this is beneficial if you have 2 cars 9- most balconies have an open space view 10- as of 2022 no neighboring construction - no construction noises cons: 1- tenants crowd, garbage thrown in the parking all the time 2- cleanliness of building after 3 years is different 3- cockroaches in corridors (this appeared after 1.5 years of the building age) - this also reflects on residents and can affect you as they roam for shelter before winter 4- dirty elevators - also reflects on the crowd and the attention of management company to such details 5- fire alarm goes off several times, without a fire being there 6- thin walls can be annoying if someone is having a party, which is minimal since most of the buildings residents are families 7- kids play in corridors - can be noisy unless you ask patents nicely 8- no family or playing area only pool - no space for kids to play 9- tiny balconies for 1 bedrooms 10- windows cannot be easily cleaned - always look dusty 11- tiny closets in 1 bedrooms barely fits 1 person a couple will definitely need to buy another closet 12- having stores under might be a disadvantage as cars are always stopping jamming the side road that leads to the parking entrance 13- kitchen fixtures is of poor quality and cupboards doors come off every now and then 14- cleanliness is not a very important subject for the building management, neither it is for the type of tenants residing, corridors will be left dirty, papers thrown in elevators, trash leaks through corridors.

for me, vida zaabeel is a convenient apartment in dubai. it's convenient both living inside with many facilities and the surrounding area. there’s provides residents with a nice finishing which is luxurious and modern. additionally, the apartment is located near the main road and walkable to the nearest bus stop.

the al mwaihat 2 home in ajman is large and opulent. the design of al mwaihat 2 is pleasant, and the living room is spacious. the villa is off white with brown accents. the furniture is both trendy and elegant. however, in comparison to dubai, the villa selling price in ajman is relatively inexpensive, and the villa units are also larger. the ajman area is well-known for its schools and universities. growing a family in ajman is fantastic, and i am looking forward to moving to a villa in ajman with my kid.

the community of this villa is so good with a big green space and it is a pet-friendly place. i hope that i can bring my dog here, she will be happy with it. inside the house, it has a spacious space and fully equipped kitchen. the villa is close to dubai, which is suitable for everyone who wants to live in abu dhabi and work in dubai.

when i heard emaar properties launching a new project and a villas project i was already sold. as emaar properties are very meticulous with their design work and functionaility of real estate. the villa is at the high-end but the price in dubai luxury real estate is still for great value. it will be an amazing holiday home during winter months in germany and perfect to go golfing in the area. i move in and out of dubai often, so i can call this home.

house in this project area is so unique. i’m finding a new home for rent on my vacation day and this one is so interesting. the house is easily accessible to abu dhabi and dubai. it has shopping malls and many water activities near the house. the security guards are ready for help 24 hours that i feel safe while staying here. i think i made the right decision to choose this one.

reflection ii has another building opposite in the same area. the condo has a spacious swimming pool at the podium floor with an open space. i can look over the green garden in the middle of the condo project. near the apartment, there is another building that is so high and unique. the security is good and ready to help everyone who lives here.

i’m looking for a new home to stay while vacation and this one is so interesting for me. i heard that it is a new villa project and i think it is a good design. the car parking is spacious, which has a space for car and bicycle, the spacious balcony and private garden. i can’t wait to be the owner of this house. moreover, it is close to yas island. i went there before and had a great experience.
