this apartment for sale in dubai offers a variety of nightlife options including, shops and restaurants which are situated in the project and comfort for me. the project is luxurious and gorgeous with a burj khalifa view. the swimming pool is also spacious and provides a stunning skyline and landmarks view of downtown dubai. it is located in the main boulevard road, sheikh mohammed bin rashid boulevard, that is easy access to other locations.

ダウンタウン ドバイ コミュニティは、ドバイの活気に満ちた賑やかな超スタイリスト コミュニティです。ドバイのilプリモアパートメントは、豪華でスタイリストです。 4ベッドルームのアパートメントからは、ブルジュ・ハリファとドバイ・オペラハウスを見渡せます。アパートメント ユニットはすべて白とライト グレーの色合いの大理石の床で作られ、一部は金色に輝いています。オープンなアメリカンスタイルのキッチンと、とても広々としたリビングエリア。ブルジュパークを見下ろす大きなソファエリア。素晴らしい部屋。私の職場が近くにあり、水辺のレストランがたくさんあるので、周辺エリアもとても素敵です。

luxury apartment in a luxury location

act two is the best and beautiful apartment i ever seen. the location is close to the dubai opera house and burj khalifa. i can see it all from my room and appreciate with the location. the dubai fountain also nearby the apartment, i love to see it when i want to get some relax at the large balcony in my room. the room is spacious and it was a modern interior style. all facilities is so luxury and fully equipped to comfort me.

first thing, i’m gonna say wow! i saw the advertisement couple of days ago. the grande apartments brings the most amazing views that i’ve ever seen before. i have been to dubai mall for so many times and the neighborhood was always absolutely fun and lively. i can imagine standing on the highest buildings with the view but how incredible it is, if i could live with those stunning views. i am so sure to ask for the payment plan.

nice place to stay in prime location

i have known about the vibrant community of downtown dubai for a long time. act one tends to be one of the affordable apartments in the neighborhood. the project has 2 towers which are act one and act two which i have stayed in act one. there are many interesting facilities around the community such as the leisure park and entertainment destinations. also, the project is located in a short driving distance to popular locations like the dubai mall, burj khalifa and business bay. the room is large and has good space management. loved!

finest residences in the prime circle of downtown dubai

downtown dubai is one of the most vibrant and buzzing neighborhood in dubai. a business hub of dubai and a commercial hub of dubai, is a hotspot. with 90 percent of residential building facing burj khalifa is so satisfying to look at it after work. grande apartment project is in progress for a while now and by viewing the model units is very beautiful. compare to other residents, grande apartments are modern looking with lots of color themes. downtown dubai is one of the most convenient location to stay in dubai as well.
