i must say that the views from here is quite outstanding

the lofts east tends to be interesting for me and my family, because my office is in downtown. apart from being close to my office, this building has a lot of facilities such as swimming pool, steam room, gym, and so on. it is so perfect for me to stay in shape, since there are many sporting activities that i can do here. it has community's sport courts too. residents like me can enjoy playing squash on the weekend. i can admit that this place is suitable for small families. there are the children playground for parents who don't want to go far from the residence. perfect place for a family!

The Lofts West
great location with the proximity to sheikh zayed road

before i begin my review, i have to say that i own a car in dubai. living at the lofts west in downtown dubai do not actually need to own a car, since it is pretty well-connected with a lot of public transportations. on the other hand, for those who are driving, this place is very close to the main road networks in the city. it takes like less than 5 minutes to get to the sheikh zayed road. from this route, it is easily linked to many interesting destinations in dubai, such as the palm jumeirah and dubai marina.

a good service and best place to stay

i just stayed for 2 nights during my business trip and i think i made the right decision to stay here. the staffs are so good, friendly and very helpful. the room is super clean and spacious and it just 5 minutes walking to the burj khalifa, the one landmark of dubai. highly recommended for everyone to stay in this apartment.

most beautiful place in downtown dubai

the apartment is fantastic, with a stunning view of the burj khalifa from the balcony. this unit has everything you need and is quite big. the swimming pool was clean and created in a distinctive way. the location is excellent, with sheikh mohammed bin rashid boulevard providing easy access to neighboring areas.

as far as my knowledge goes, downtown dubai seems to have some of the most expensive residences in the whole city. as the lofts central is set right in downtown as well. this place provides many useful facilities. this neighborhood is quite convenient for someone who must travel frequently in the city. this place holds a very short distance to dubai metro stations which is very good. there are many shopping malls as well as retail outlets around the building. i don't have to worry much about groceries anymore, since i live in downtown. great location after all :)

for me, living in the lofts podium is really comfortable. the project’s full of facilities inside the condo and my favourite facility is a perfect leisure which has a co-working space and meeting room. this really serves working people. the surrounding area is the best, there's plenty of relaxing space and entertainment. i think i have a really good opportunity to live near landmarks such as burj khalifa and dubai fountain. additionally, this provides us with a variety of types of transportation, access to retail easily and also a relaxing environment.
