when i heard emaar properties launching a new project and a villas project i was already sold. as emaar properties are very meticulous with their design work and functionaility of real estate. the villa is at the high-end but the price in dubai luxury real estate is still for great value. it will be an amazing holiday home during winter months in germany and perfect to go golfing in the area. i move in and out of dubai often, so i can call this home.

エマール ヒルズ パークは、ドバイのとても美しい場所にあります。ドバイの非常に緑豊かなコミュニティで。サッカー、テニス、そして私のお気に入りの卓球に行くための素晴らしいスポーツ施設。私はオーストラリアに住んでいますが、ドバイ出身で、今またドバイに戻ってきました。このエリアはとても素敵で落ち着いています。旅行や移動には専用車が必要です。しかし、住むにはとても落ち着いたエリアで、価格もとても良いです。

ellington house is a beautiful ultra-modern apartment in central dubai. as a profesisonal worker living and working in dubai, i like it here. because so many golf courses and clubs to tee-off in the very warm weather. finally found a perfect work-life balance surrounding by lush greenery in dubai. a 2-bedroom apartment is minimalist design with a spacious balcony, amazing clubhouses and just lots of parks and trees in the area.

park ridgeアパートメントは、ドバイの主要なアメニティや設備がすべて近くにあります。ブルジュ ハリファやジュメイラのカイト ビーチなどの主要なランドマークから。パーク リッジの 2 ベッドルーム アパートメントは、半ば豪華でとても広々としています。床から天井までの窓からは、街、公園、エンターテイメントセンターの美しい景色を眺めることができます。部屋にはアメリカンキッチンスタイルのバースツールが備わっています。ただし、週末は閉まっているお店もあり、トラブルが発生する可能性があります。ただし、ドバイ マリーナまでは車で 10 分ほどの距離にあるので、すべて問題ありません。

the executive residences is the place that is so interesting with a swimming pool, little beach, and skateboard court which is related to a new trend. the location is near a road that is so easy to commute and near with a big park. even though it is close to the road, it will be calm with a greenery area near the apartment.

the apartment provides a beautiful view from the golf course near the apartment. the location is limited but it is still nearby the road that makes it easy to commute to many locations. it is a quiet and calm place that is suitable for the person who would like to get away from the hustle and bustle of life in the city center.

villa is the one that is close to the beautiful and big golf course in dubai. my family can take a deep breath and do the activities on the holiday. there are also several schools which are easily accessible due to the villa being close to the road. it should be a place that suits with family living which is also close to the hospital.

looking for something unique, and different in dubai lamborghini mansion is the place to be at. working in dubai for 10 years now and dubai has grown so much. with so many different things to do in dubai. lamborghini mansion is a luxury real estate dubai, but for a good reasons. a home in central dubai and direct access to golf clubs. good for rents as well, as dubai is becoming a holiday home for many expats. just waiting for the plan to be done so can move in the beautiful villa at lamborghini dubai.
