good house and full of facilities

i made the right decision to buy this house. the house is in the perfect location with a calm and serene vibe of the villa area. the interior was good with a white and grey tone but the outside was designed in a different way. i love the house with a covered garage and private garden. the neighborhood is so nice, we have a perfect time sometimes and friendly.

i wanted to expand my investment into real estate and found a great entry point. as a novice in real estate but been investing for plenty of years, fazwaz agents were very helpful to me. the apartments are also very beautiful. the balcony is so so spacius. i mean like a small garden with small coffee tables. the room is amazing and be used to the maximium as well. for working and even to have my pet in the room as well.

i have planned with my family to move to the place that is near the school and far from the hustle and bustle of city life. this project is suited to what i want and presents outdoor activities that i think my kid will love it. the house was designed in a white and gray tone. moreover, there is a balcony where i can take some rest or take a deep breath of the fresh air.

binghatti west in my opinion is a livable project. the project is condo for sale which is full of convenient facilities and accessibility. moreover, the visuals are interesting as well and i really prefer binghatti’s design personally. project’s surrounding area is safety and easy to access facility. so, i think this project is an interesting dubai investment.

the villa is situated in a great community, arabian ranches, the house has a private garden and front of a beautiful canal. the house was designed in a modern style with a white tone and floor to ceiling window that can help make the room so spacious. it has a private car parking in the house that is so comfortable for my family and friends.
