こんにちは、イギリス北部のドバイから来ると、天気は暖かくて素晴らしいです。暑い太陽、暑さ、実は私は大好きなんです。ジュメイラ・ドバイのコミュニティは素晴らしいコミュニティです。ファミリースタイルのコミュニティのため、多くの地元の人や外国人が気に入っています。ビリンガムの主要駅近くのコミュニティには、ハイストリートに似たミニ屋外コミュニティがたくさんあります。マディナ・ジュメイラのリビングアパートメントも魅力的です。私が所有している 1 ベッドルームは美しく、広々としたバルコニースペースがあり、もちろんブルジュ アル アラブの最高の景色を眺めることができます。ここではまったく文句の付けようがありません！

asayel project has a unique modern aesthetic that combines elements of arabic architecture. i prefer their zoning and decorated area are attractive and easy to connect to many special places and i think it affected to accessible in many ways, both commercial center, business, facility and entertainment. additionally, the aesthetically location is full of magical, city area is charming with ocean view. especially, we are able walking or short driving to the beach nearby. thus, this’s a prime location

asayel 3 apartments in madinat jumeirah is like living in your own private island. souk madinat jumierah is one for m favorite places to go for some food, drinks, and just to walk around breezly in the afternoon. around the weekend its nice to walk around and go in the to the persian gulf to walk with freinds. the 1-bedroom apartment in madinat jumeirah is spacious, beautiful, and modern. with white marble floors, and a modern kitchen. i like its a low-rise apartment with a beautiful view of burj al arab. close by to dubai marina to get some city lifestyle as well.

asayel 2 apartment in dubai is in a relaxing and calm community of madinat jumeraih dubai. madinat jumeriah living is like a resort style living with its own shopping center, near the beach, and also quick access to other places in dubai. a 2-bedroom apartment in asayel 2 is modern, with minilistict design and warm and invting colors. everything is off white with some grey tone, with light brown wodden furniture. very modern and easy on the eye. a high-end condo but not too flasy and in a comfort and tranquil community of madinat jumeirah living.

for me, as a resident i really proud to invest and having lamtara as a residential while i live in dubai. the project has a specious space inside in a reasonable price, i think this project is able to live with family but not too spacious and costly for single resident. so, these are balance project and many people are having attention. this’s not only livable by spacious area and modern design but also functional by their convenient location and high-quality management system.

asayel 1 apartment in dubai is in a very comfortable and nice location of madinat jumeirah. a 1-bedroom apartment in asayel 1 is a modern, made with off-white marble floors and white paint. asayel 1 apartment offer a nice kitchen size with oven, and a spacious balcony with a unblocked view of burj arab. very closeby to dubai marina and palm jumeirah. however souk madinat jumeirah is a cozy and buzzing outdoor market place as well. jumeirah beach is close by and its just a beautiful location of dubai.

lamtara apartments in madinat jumeirah living is just charming. with the design and charm of old-town and mixture for new elegant and chic design blends well the resort and sea side living. a 2-bedroom apartment in lamtara is elegant with white and brown color tone and a beautiful light grey color palate in the kitchen area. the 2-bedroom is spacious and big, and combines with the spaicous living room space and balcony with the stunning view of arabian sea is just amazing. very close by to dubai marina which i love as so many bars, and cafes in dubai marina too.

nice project and best location

asayel 1 at medinat jumeirah living's location attracted my attention because this project is located in the commercial area which is easy to connect anywhere through a well road network to the rest of the city. this place is a very desired community for anyone not only small families but also big families because the project has many types of room to choose. additionally, they provide a shady and pleasant area for relaxed recreation. there are more facilities and amenities and provide visiting the actual place which gives me a beyond-expectation experience.
