家族と一緒にチェンマイに引っ越したので、ここで購入する家を探しました。そんな時、この再販の3ベッドルームハウスに出会いました。それは素晴らしく、耐久性があります。さらに、生活空間は完璧な比率に分割されています。最も重要なことは、ショッピング モール、学校、チェンマイ 700 年スタジアムに近く、私のライフスタイルに合った完璧なロケーションです。残念ながら、このプロジェクトには庭園、cctv、24 時間体制のセキュリティ以外の施設はほとんどありません。家を買うかどうか、いまだに決めかねています。しかし、妻は運動やプールで泳ぐのが好きではないので、気に入っているようです。

at the beginning of the year, i bought a house with a 3-bedroom. i love the home design and simple decor of a compact minimalist style home. it has a private pool and is surrounded by airy wooden panels. within the project, there are complete facilities, a swimming pool, a clubhouse, and a gym. it is a good location near mueang chiang mai, convenient to travel and to shop at famous department stores in the city in just a few minutes. as for my holidays, i rarely go out, and i often spend time relaxing by the pool. also, the weather is not hot. it makes me feel very relaxed. the purchase price at that time was about 6 million baht. it's a second-hand house, and the owner is kind, but it is partly furnished. i would like to recommend a cute small style house at a friendly price. please come and visit this project!

my house is a two-story, three-bedroom house in a modern contemporary style, and the interior is spacious and divided into clear proportions. the common area also has a swimming pool and gym to serve the children as well. in addition, there is a 24-hour security system that makes you feel safe throughout your stay. importantly, this project is conveniently located and easily accessible to various shops, restaurants, and shopping centers such as central chiang mai, making my life full of convenience.

i visited many projects, but i really like this one. the atmosphere is quiet and shady from surrounding trees. it is convenient transportation near the road around chiang mai. so, i decided to rent a villa with 3 bedrooms. i love it a lot as all the furniture and decoration is in a modern thai style. there is a small swimming pool in front of the villa too. the rental price is reasonable. the project also has several facilities such as the clubhouse, a swimming pool, a restaurant, and a gym.

i have the opportunity to visit the model house. the atmosphere here is shady and has a huge area. i'm okay with the surroundings. nice house, modern design with three bedrooms and privately gated. the house has some furniture, which looks strong and durable. the clubhouse is large. there is a swimming pool, a fitness center, and children's play areas as well. personally, the location is very convenient. i can travel to the city in 5 minutes. next to the project, there are many shops. if you want to go to chiang mai international airport, it only takes about 15 minutes.

i have been renting this house for several months and haven't encountered any problems. the project is in an excellent location. the house has a beautiful interior design. it's a livable house with quality home important functions, whether kitchen appliances, bathrooms or furniture, all are good! the common area has many excellent facilities, such as a good security system, cctv, a modern pool, gym, and garden. in addition, it's not far from the city and just a few minutes away from the shopping mall. so it's pretty comfortable.
