i decided to reserve five rooms in this project, intending to buy them for speculation and let them rent out. there are all one-bedroom units, fully furnished, and every unit has a beautiful sea view. there are complete facilities in the common area, like, a swimming pool, fitness center, garden, lobby lounge, etc. i had gotten a great deal by the time i bought it. the location is near bangsaen beach, burapha university, burapha university hospital, and wang muk market. it's great. i would rent it out or sell it and make a good profit for sure.

this project was recently completed a few years ago. it has a modern decoration fully fitted amid a quiet setting and not crowded. the neighbors maintain a very orderly lifestyle. i was impressed with the security guards' service, who can take excellent care of the residents. it is located in the heart of amata, which has easy access to many destinations. i highly recommend it!

i've lived in the condo for almost two years. the project is in a fantastic location, surrounded by local communities. it is also close to numerous delicious restaurants, burapha university, and shopping malls. this neighborhood appeals to me because the cost of living is cheap. and the food is delicious. i bought it after i graduated and started working until i moved here. the facility is complete, with a swimming pool, parking, and a fitness center. the security system is also excellent, and the security guards are also lovely and hardworking. you can't go wrong with buying a room here.

my family and i bought an off-plan house here and moved here a few months ago. it's a fantastic project with a wide range of amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, jacuzzi, sauna, and so on. in general, there aren't many facilities for a single house project, but this location has everything. we bought a house with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, with a large usable area, but it was unfurnished. we must purchase and decorate it ourselves. the surrounding environment is peaceful and private. getting around is also convenient because the road is extensive. it's also very convenient, being close to central chonburi, hospitals, and bangsaen beach. so far, i haven't discovered any drawbacks. i'll let you know if there are any.

この家にはベッドルーム 4 室とバスルーム 4 室があります。何年も前に建てられたものですが、今でも綺麗です。このプロジェクトは中規模から大規模な家族に適した選択肢だと思います。なぜなら、家はとても広く、高品質の家具が完備されており、家の隣に小さな庭があるからです。さらに、共用エリアにはプールや美しい庭園などの設備が充実しています。また、美しいデザイン、ロケーション、ショップ、バンセーンビーチ、テスコロータスアンシラにも非常に満足しています。私はそれがとても好き！

lovely house in a great location

i bought a house in this village 3 years ago. the location is perfect, and it makes my life easier because there are restaurants, convenience stores, department stores, and tourist attractions nearby. plus, the project was beautifully designed from the entrance, and the house is built with high-quality materials and has excellent proportions. the living area is quite large, so it's ok to have pets indoor. finally, it's all completed with common areas and facilities like a swimming pool, kids playgrounds, large communal parks, and a 24-hour security system. i would say that this house is the one for me.

i bought a house from this project because it is located in a prime location and close to several amenities, making my life easier. it offers a spacious living area with a good division positioned in a quiet village with a comprehensive 24-hour security system, as well as friendly neighbors. it has easy access to every destination since it is close to sukhumvit road. overall, this project is perfect for me and suitable for relaxing. it meets my needs.
