ラマイビーチの海が見える丘の上に建つ、興味深いオーダーメイドのヴィラプロジェクトです（アパートメントユニットもあります）。場所は静かでプライベートです。近くには観光スポット、ショッピングセンター、生鮮市場があります。プロジェクトの一環として建設されるのは24戸のみで、過剰ではなく、退職後の生活や休暇に適しています。 3ベッドルームユニットをレビューしました。プロジェクトはモダンなデザインです。自分で装飾したい場合は、プライベートプールと家具のパッケージがあります。数年後の退職祝いに購入しようと思います。

this project is under construction. as i can see, the house has 2-3 bedroom villa with a private pool. there is a lot of outdoor space around the house. the project offered a deal at a reasonable price. its location is in the maret area, which is quiet and surrounded by trees, suitable for living. convenient to travel.

i used to rent here

i used to rent a single house in this project for 3 months, and it is very close to nature as a coconut garden is surrounding it. the house is fully furnished. the western kitchen has everything except an oven. my 1-bedroom unit is spacious. in terms of travel, it is ok. the project is conveniently located in soi pracharak phatthana. the road may be a little narrow; for women, i recommend to travel by car, much safer.

an outstanding project with unique architecture. it is a large 3-bedroom pool villa with a spacious living area inside the house. suitable for spending time with family. the project's atmosphere is shady, surrounded by many trees, quiet, and very private. close to lamai beach, just 10 minutes by car.

it's in the best location right next to lamai beach. very convenient because the area is full of various facilities and very attractive to investors. the price is also reasonable. every unit of the villa has a private pool and gate, providing great privacy. the villas range from 2 to 3 bedrooms, suitable as a vacation home or renting out to tourists.

it is a pool villa at an attractive price. the villa's living space is spacious, at approximately 300 sq.m. the living room is open to sea views. there are 3 bedrooms, with a complete set of built-in modern furniture. there is a swimming pool and sunbeds in front of the villa where you can enjoy the sea and the surrounding garden's view. it is located near lamai beach and hin ta hin yai beach.

this area is considered quite okay, surrounded by many villas and residences. it is only about 1 kilometer from tesco lotus and not far from lamai beach. the project is under construction; it is a 1-story villa with only one car parking space. i think it is enough for us because most of the residents bought it as a vacation home. i think it will be very beautiful and luxurious when it is completed. even in the area around here, i think it's worth the investment !!

this villa provides a very big room, a beautiful view, and serves a good breakfast. the staff serves services with warm smiles. the villa is close to samui international airport, only 15 kilometers away and 12 minutes from lamai. the rooms have excellent facilities, good price, value for money, and extremely private.

i am very impressed by the modern design and minimalist interior because it's beautiful no matter which angle you take, combined with its location surrounded by nature, both trees and mountains. you can also see the sea view from the balcony of the villa. additionally, every villa in the project has its private swimming pool where you can organize a small party or sunbathe at your convenience. for the atmosphere, i give it 5 stars because the atmosphere is great. there is privacy, peace, and also shade. it is very suitable for rest, but shops and restaurants may have to walk a bit far, but not difficult to find. this project is only 5 km away from lamai beach; it is not very far for driving.
