このプロジェクトはプラサート マヌキット ロードに隣接しています。車があれば簡単に移動できますが、車を持っていない人にとっては少し大変かもしれません。近隣にはあらゆる設備が整っています。道路の反対側にも市場があります。プロジェクトのデザインはかなり良いです。スイミングプールは巨大です。木陰のおかげで落ち着いた雰囲気です。ワンベッドルームタイプのみですが、居住スペースの広さは様々です。家具やインテリアは最高品質で、美しく装飾されています。大好きです！

my dream house

i rented this house to hold a party with friends for one night. i was responsible for choosing the place. my friends wanted somewhere near downtown. honestly, i had a pretty hard time finding it. it took me some times to find it. then i found this place on the internet. it looked so lovely and luxurious from the photos, so i decided to choose this place. after the party was held, i got positive feedback from my friends. i have no regret choosing this place at all. it looks exactly like the photos. there are enough rooms for indoor and outdoor activities. it gave a sense of a mansion in california. i have a chance to explore their clubhouse, and it was excellent with standard facilities such as a swimming pool and a gym. i asked the staff for more information. all of them are friendly and informative. they told me that the project was made to order. i couldn't help thinking about one of mine in the future. the only thing i could do now is to save money. apparently, it has become one of my dream houses so far.

grand crystal is the mansion with fully equipped. all furniture and some materials, which delicate made, and imported from italy and abroad. also, the house's floor is covered with marble. besides, the project provides all-electric appliances making residents feel comfortable. for the house, there is a huge house area and a full set of communal facilities. the most important is that it is near the malls, convenient to travel by car because it is also near the chalong rat expressway (ramintra - at narong).

living in a big house with big family

here is a house that our family has been looking for a while. before i bought it, i had an appointment with a salesperson to inspect the real home. at first, i didn't expect too much, but all members of my family love it. it is a spacious house with a lot of spaces with a pleasant garden in front of the house. moreover, the house is located in an exclusive area, which is very convenient for traveling. our family is quite big with three dogs, and my mum wants to have some space for them to play.
for the house, i bought it as an empty house and decorated with furniture by ourselves. the design of the project focuses on using great materials that use real stone and real wood. besides, there is a swimming pool inside the house, which could give us cool off on a hot day. although the house's fence is not high, it is still tranquil. the neighbors are friendly, and we often meet every evening when we are jogging or exercising around the project. furthermore, there is also a shopping mall near the village, such as the walk kaset-nawamin. it takes only 5 minutes drive, where our family usually goes there on the weekends.

after retirement, my son and daughter-in-law brought me to thailand. they have been working abroad for many years and desire to have the best house for our family. we have a chance to inspect the project a few times before deciding to buy it. i like the area around the house that seems very peaceful and secure. there are security guards 24-hour, the decoration of the common area is so shady, a swimming pool, sports clubs, a gym that i can spend a day with my family without driving to go far. our house is a large size with 2 stories,4 bedrooms, spacious and well proportioned. there is a parking lot for 2-3 cars. decorate the interior with western-style and imported furniture from abroad; the quality is considered excellent. since moving in, i'm delighted because there is a garden area to enjoy a relaxing time. there is extra space that i can make a small veggie garden as i want in the backyard. transportation, the project is next to pradit manutham road. along the ekkamai-ramindra express. there are many shopping centers, markets, and nearby stores that are comfortable traveling by car. the house is very suitable for people like a peaceful vibe and big families who want to have an excellent luxurious house. when we get tired of work, it will disappear as soon as we get home. and have enjoyed my retirement here.

modern style luxury house that we can design ourselves in the way we like. it is on a location that can travel comfortably, built-in in a modern style in a prosperous district. it has the facilities that meet the needs very well, such as a car park that can accommodate up to 8 cars. i chose to buy this place because it has a huge area and is very suitable for a large family like my family. there is a space for my children to run and play comfortably. it is a house that gives a warm feeling. it is decorated in a very elegant style that is perfect every square inch, designed to give meaning to life with the house. they arranged a shady garden around the house, and decorated sacred wood makes the house happier and warm. grand crystal is a prime home location. travel is very convenient because the village is on pradit manutham road near the chalong rat expressway, only 2 kilometers. the neighbors are friendly because it is a quality village. also, the fact that there is a house with a wide area. we can have pets without worrying about disturbing our neighbors. nearby places from the house are central festival, eastville, tesco lotus, and home pro. it is very convenient.

luxurious house in excellent community

i brought this house a year ago because i want it to be a family house for my wife and me. our home is in a bare-shell form, which we are quite satisfied with. the house plan is well-managed and functional. we might consider changing some exterior details. the materials are excellent, and an experienced engineer oversees the site. the area is suitable for me, not too big or too small. when i visited the site, the village is quiet and pleasant. most of the neighbors are businessmen that i know, so we don’t have any problem. the community is quite qualified, and the juristic person is okay. i haven’t found any problem.
the location is good as it’s near the chalong rat expressway, my main route to work. it’s near many big malls, schools, and hospitals that allow convenient commute.

my family is big, so we are looking for a house suitable for everyone in the house. i have a child and parents who need time to relax. the house meets our needs because it has a vast living area that i can design and decorate as needed. moreover, it is also convenient to travel by car because it is close to chalong rat expressway. the location is quite convenient as we prefer to use private cars. also, this project has a good security system and a high level of privacy. even though it's a big project, i didn't feel uncomfortable or disturbing by other residents. plus, this area has an opportunity for speculating sales. so, i think it was the right decision to buy a house in this project, worth it!

this project is a build-to-order house in a contemporary california style in america. the project is in a large area of 37 rai, with a total of 40 houses. my wife and i have a chance to visit the project; i can tell that they have a large usable area from 210 sq.wah here. the prices are from 35-400 million baht. the prices are from 35-400 million baht. there are two series of houses available, and each of them is classified into 4 house types. the 1st type, ultra-luxury collection, includes grand diamond, blue diamond, pink diamond, diamond. the 2nd type, signature collection, include gold, platinum, pearl, and emerald. the usable space of each house can vary depending on the model and price selected. the factors also define target groups clearly. i intend to settle down in thailand and buy a house here as it is my beloved wife's hometown, now many of my businesses run smoothly, so there is no need to stay in dubai.
