i've been in this condo for 3 years. the condo was built almost 15 years ago, but it doesn't look that old. the room i rented is a 2 bedroom unit; nothing has decayed, well proportioned, and tastefully decorated. i do like the clubhouse, which includes various amenities, separated for privacy in the residential building, such as a swimming pool, fitness center, badminton court, sauna, library, etc. you can comfortably unwind. besides, the project is not far from union mall and chatuchak weekend market. and you can travel conveniently by saphan khwai bts and kamphaeng phet mrt, which are not far from the project.

ソイ アリの中心にある真新しいコンドミニアム。周辺にはショップやレストラン、有名カフェも多数あり、充実したロケーションです。 btsアリ駅から800メートルと近く、自家用車やbtsを利用するのに最適なルートが多く、移動も便利です。さらに、バイクやタクシーのサービスを介してどこにでも接続できます。住戸数39戸のため隣人が少なくプライバシーを重視される方にも最適なコンドミニアムです。部屋はかなり広く、共用エリアは完全に整備されています。それだけの価値があります。

i've been renting in this condo for a while now. overall, it's pretty ok. the room i stayed in is a 1 -bedroom unit, larger than a typical condo, and well-divided. the decoration is unique. there is an earth tone color that looks easy on the eyes. another thing is that the corridor is a single corridor giving privacy. the facilities are complete with a swimming pool and fitness center that are always well maintained. the only drawback found is that although it is near saphan khwai bts, it is still not considered a walking distance, so you may have to take a taxi. it is not a big deal for me since i have my car. it is also not far from chatuchak market, central ladprao, and union mall. i would say this condo is perfect!

btsアリ駅から数分の好立地にあるコンドミニアムですので、渋滞の心配は一切ありません。部屋はまあまあですが、1ベッドルームと1ベッドルームプラスオプションしかないので、家族向けです。私は一人でここにいるので問題ありません。スイミングプール、フィットネスセンター、庭園などの設備が整っています。私が見つけた唯一の問題は駐車場です。私の知る限り、それは約 50% にすぎません。すでに二重駐車が含まれています。しかし、私のように bts で旅行する人には問題ありません。近くには飲食店やコンビニもあります。全体として、このコンドミニアムは私の生活をずっと楽にしてくれます。

いくつかの公共施設に囲まれたパヤタイエリアにある興味深いコンドミニアムです。マンションを探していたところ、広告でこちらのマンションを知りました。このマンションにはとても興味があったのですが、まずは模擬部屋を見てみたいと思っています。計画外プロジェクトなので、プロジェクトの一部しかできません。部屋に関しては、美しいデザインと高品質の家具が備わっています。さらに、部屋は正確な比率で分割されており、非常に印象的です。デパート、コンビニ、btsサナームパオ、幹線道路にも近く、立地は最高です。全体として、このプロジェクトは居住にも投資にも適しています。

splendid condo near bts station

i decided to buy a room in this condo because i enjoyed the calm atmosphere while having access to all of the project's facilities, whether it's in the common areas. there are no worries about the security system. i always feel at ease when i stay here. furthermore, the 1-bedroom unit i bought was very spacious and well-designed. it is also convenient to travel because it is close to ari bts, the expressway, and numerous shopping malls.

everything here makes me glad to live in thailand. i've stayed for nearly 9 months. it was a fantastic place for me. in addition, the project is in an excellent location, one of the business districts in bangkok. also, the project is easily accessible by car. if you want to travel around bangkok, it is located between saphan khwai bts and ari bts stations. the project is luxurious and beautiful. it is a high-rise condo with over 50 floors. the staff is also friendly and helpful. the common areas are well-kept and clean, and the swimming pool is stunning. anyway, not many farangs are staying here, but it will make your life easier if you learn some thai vocabulary. and if i have more opportunities, i will undoubtedly return to stay here.

the condo is ready to move in, on pradipat road. the entrance is located at the beginning of soi pradiphat 23. the location is bustling but convenient. there is a 7-eleven nearby within walking distance. the project is surrounded by many restaurants, shops, and facilities. the project is close to saphan khwai bts, only 500 meters away. it is easy to walk to the station because there is a wide sidewalk along the way. furthermore, the project has many types of units. the size starts from 28–48 sq.m. i rent a 1-bedroom loft-style unit. the room is extremely large, and the ceiling is quite high, making me feel comfortable living here. most importantly, the project is full of facilities. there are swimming pools, fitness centers, gardens, and the security guard is always on duty.

bts サパーンクワイ駅に近いサムセーン地区の高級コンドミニアムは、バンコクでの生活を楽にしてくれました。プロジェクトはモダンで、美しい標準品質の家具で飾られています。あらゆるライフスタイルに対応する4タイプのお部屋をご用意。個人的に一人暮らしなので、丁度良いサイズの1ベッドルームを選びました。共用部には、運動器具完備の共同体育館、bbqグリルエリア、共同プール、サウナルームなど入居者様が利用できる施設が充実しています。さらに、このプロジェクトは、百貨店、big c saphan khwai、central plaza ladprao、one union mall、chatuchak weekend market などのショッピング センターに囲まれた潜在的な場所にあります。 rajavithi hospital、paolo memorial hospital、phyathai 2 international hospital など、有名な病院も周辺にあります。重要なのは、コンドミニアムのレンタル価格が合理的であることです。全体的に、私はこの場所に満足しています。
