the condo is conveniently close to ban thap chang arl, and taxis are always available. the interior of the room is spacious, clean and beautiful. there are also many facilities, such as the beautiful swimming pool, the fitness center, and the strict security system. by the way, the neighbors are lovely, and all the staff members are helpful. it is a nice condo in a great location suitable for living.

i love this project a lot because it is located in a tranquil location that is ideal for relaxing and working. normally, i play the market at home and sometimes go outside. the site is very convenient, close to department stores and shopping complexes. it is also close to my parent's house, where i will always be there on weekends. it is simple to get to the project; simply drive on sukhumvit road for a few minutes. also, the on nut bts is only 5 minutes away, providing easy access to all destinations. aside from that, the facilities provided are also complete, including a swimming pool, which i always enjoy after working. for those who appreciate the serenity and looking for a modern townhouse with 3 bedrooms, i recommend it here. it was tastefully furnished with high-quality furnishings, and the price was also reasonable.

私はバスルームが 4 つある 2 階建ての家を購入しました。家はかなり広いので、窮屈な感じはありません。家は高品質の素材で耐久性に優れています。プロジェクトの周囲はかなり日陰があり、設備はエレガントです。高速道路 7 号線とスタンフォード国際大学に近い絶好のロケーション。私の子供たちは二人ともここで勉強しているので、そこに行くのは便利です。

i bought this house at the beginning of this year. it is a detached house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. the living area is very usable and spacious. there is beautifully decorated furniture. besides, the kitchen, living room, and multi-purpose room are large, available for holding activities or parties. i bought this house because i want all my family members to spend their time comfortably and easier. it is accessible walking to the office and school, more convenient for my family, and a lot of time for relaxation. also, we have more time to spend with my family as well. this project is very safe as a security guard is doing his excellent responsibility. moreover, the on-site comprises modern facilities, whether a communal pool, a communal gym, public park, etc. in general, it matches and is worth it!

完璧な傑作「ラマ 9 世」は、とてもユニークなプロジェクトなので、購入したくなります。未来を見据えて設計されており、多くのイノベーションが日本から輸入されました。実は友達が私をこのプロジェクトに連れてきてくれて、1台購入することにしました。以前からこういうイノベーションハウスが欲しいと思ってこの家を購入しましたが、将来的には良いかもしれないと思いました。この住宅を建てる際に開発者が注目しているのは、住宅内の新鮮な空気の技術として利用されるなど、高度な技術が適用されていることです。この技術は、大気汚染pm2.5から家の雰囲気を快適で安全な暮らしに導きます。この家は現代の都市生活者に適しています。現代の建築では、鉄筋コンクリートよりも強度が高く、地震の力をよく吸収するため、私は標準的なプロジェクト材料を信頼しています。将来、家を増築したい場合も、ここの家の壁は移動できるようになっているので、簡単に増築することができます。さらに、電力の節約にも役立ち、世界の汚染削減にも役立ちます。ロケーションは最高ですが、bts スカイトレインの駅からは遠いため、bts スカイトレインの駅で移動したい人にはお勧めできません。私にとって、市内の移動には自家用車を使用するのが簡単で便利なので、この点では問題ありません。また、建設中のバンコク～クレタ道路も間もなく完成する予定です。どこにでも行くのがもっと快適で便利になります

truly residential for a family!

the house i bought was a large detached house with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. i decided to buy a big house because i wanted to be with my parents. this project is located on pattanakarn road, which is relatively peaceful, not crowded, and provides high privacy. besides, it offers a private and relaxing atmosphere, as well as a large clubhouse as well. i can confidently say that it is a worthwhile decision because the project offers full facilities. there is a swimming pool, living room, fitness center, and a large communal garden with an excellent security system and cctv at the entrance and exit, as well as crucial spots in the project. personally, although the project is not in the center of the city, i still feel it is convenient. in this neighborhood, there are also lotus market, maxvalu-phatthanakan, and other shopping malls. overall, my family and i are very impressed here.
