ayala westgrove heights is located in the vibrant sta. rosa neighborhood. with a fantastic location, this neighborhood is ideal for families, with everything you could possible need nearby. ayala westgrove heights is situated in the heart of the booming calabarzon region, away from the hustle and bustle of city life but only a few minutes away from everything homeowners may require. the 4-bedrooms unit is very spacious, and its perfect for our family. it’s very homey as well.

when it comes to road networks, residents have options. camella tanza is accessible through coastal road/cavitex, slex, alabang, daang hari and nia canal, and general trias road. it's about 5 minutes from vista mall, where i like to spend my free time. the 5 bedroom is affordable and comes in a good size. it feels very homey and we love it here.

for convenience life, now a day, we not invest in real estate because it just has an aesthetic or famous and the timeless reason in business always be “location”. the courtyards vermosa is on point of smart investor and resident who is able to purchase. factor that’s make the project is ideal location because there’s surrounded by many stores, academic facility and health facility. furthermore, the project is convenience for transportation and accessible to the recreation. so, i think this project is my favor and would like to introduces.

jubilation west is stylish villa that’s has minimal design even though they mix material for construction and i think this design is trendy right now. moreover, special point that’s my majority part of decision is “perfect location”. there is not cramped and too city lifestyle it still separates there zone peacefully but still accessible to facility, i think many people looking for location like this as well.

this townhome project is absolutely pretty and located in anideal location, for the environment i think this is friendly and convenience. the transportation is convenient as well. for driving i never had a problem with traffic and location , this's accessible to the urban and facility but a little bit suit to driving person because ont much public transportation.

willow park homes has a visual like a resort or have a vocation in bungalow, there’s out standing by there adorable design that’s modern villa but still cozy as a tropical house and their location is pretty safe because the project is invisible. especially, there’s only few minutes’ drive from the main road and unnecessary to have a car because this location provide a convenient in public transportation. the project is not far from laguna lake and also have a facility surrounded. so, i think this’s reasonable to invest for this convenient and lovely environment here.

ayala greenfield estates is plenty of fields and community space. so, this’s affected to having an activity with neighbor but could have a relaxing time by the green space. the project is full of facility but convenience to travel outside. moreover, the atmosphere and weather are clean because of the landscape. in my opinion, this project is majority part of children growth quality and be a part of good living.

living in elaro villa is really suitable both activities people and anybody who would like to relax. the project that’s located to natural landscape usually offer people an outdoor activity but this project has a special point that suit to every people. the solution designing of healing in almost every sense and i think now a day people could have their happiness less than before and still need to purchase as the same, places and living space could be one of the factors. so, this is the reason that we have to choose the project.

i am living in the green space with full of facility. each house is cozy and wide space suitable to family living but also able to live alone. for landscape of the villa is affected resident to have a good road for jogging or do an outdoor activity. a little bit thing about the project is quiet suit for resident who have a car.
