when it comes to road networks, residents have options. camella tanza is accessible through coastal road/cavitex, slex, alabang, daang hari and nia canal, and general trias road. it's about 5 minutes from vista mall, where i like to spend my free time. the 5 bedroom is affordable and comes in a good size. it feels very homey and we love it here.

for convenience life, now a day, we not invest in real estate because it just has an aesthetic or famous and the timeless reason in business always be “location”. the courtyards vermosa is on point of smart investor and resident who is able to purchase. factor that’s make the project is ideal location because there’s surrounded by many stores, academic facility and health facility. furthermore, the project is convenience for transportation and accessible to the recreation. so, i think this project is my favor and would like to introduces.

this townhome project is absolutely pretty and located in anideal location, for the environment i think this is friendly and convenience. the transportation is convenient as well. for driving i never had a problem with traffic and location , this's accessible to the urban and facility but a little bit suit to driving person because ont much public transportation.

i am living in the green space with full of facility. each house is cozy and wide space suitable to family living but also able to live alone. for landscape of the villa is affected resident to have a good road for jogging or do an outdoor activity. a little bit thing about the project is quiet suit for resident who have a car.

twin lakes is uniqueness condo and apartment by their concept and design. the project provides resident a western atmosphere along with local geographic, my impression with this project is convenience, the project is not only gorgeous and be a landmark but also have a convenience and surrounded by facility.

the wellington courtyard apartment is a perfect holiday home and a good investment into real estate. a 2-bedroom apartment at the wellington courtyard is spacious, very american style country style living. the bedrooms at the wellington courtyard are light brown tone and with brick brown title for the ultimate country side living. as a beautiful scenic mountain, there are lots of wedding and it’s a perfect investment for real estate to rent to the wellington courtyard apartment while i am away for a good rental yield.

antel grand village is an excellent place to live for families because it is close to all major places. it’s very affordable, especially for families. it’s also comes in a decent size. it’s a well rounded place, making it a warm and cozy home. the makati central business district and ninoy aquino international airport are only a short drive away from paranaque and alabang through the south superhighway and the newly opened macapagal boulevard, or from the makati central business district.

ayala westgrove heights is located at the heart of the vibrant calabarzon region, away from the hustle and bustle of city life but only a few minutes away from anything you might require. you're only 5 minutes from nuvali, 30 minutes from alabang, and less than an hour from makati's cbd. the land is easily accessible, with important roadways like as sta. rosa tagaytay road, aguinaldo highway, and south luzon expressway connecting it to a variety of locations. while it’s on the expensive end, this is a great buy for families. it’s spacious and offers a lot of outside space too. it’s also modern and luxurious. the location also makes adds to one of many reasons why it’s the best family home.
