the project has a safety security inside both guard and system, there’s safety by their location because cambridge village was not flooded during typhoon ulysses. environment surround is so nice and clean inside, this is really peaceful but full of facility surround. for transportation there’s quiet suit to driving people because the location is a bit far from the bus stop.

for urban lifestyle, one thing that we usually seeking for is to get easy in transportation. for me as a resident, i think birmingham metropolis iii is absolutely provided resident in this point because of their location. the project is only 7 minutes’ drive from the main road and able walking to the bus stop, living in urban where’s surrounded by commercial center and have a lot business to deal, decreasing time in transportation is really important. so, this project is really suitable for everyone.

for east bel-air residences in my opinion, i think is urban project that’s worth for invest because you’ll have both convenient living and serene spacious room. we heard and stereotype unit room in urban that will be small, cramped with not high quality but this project is able to show that there is the one of high quality with reasonable price which located in urban. furthermore, there still surrounded by facility and many retrial.
