this is the park point residence apartment's best location. it was close to numerous amenities and had a bus station, making it an easy travel to other locations. its private access to the top eating, shopping, and entertainment sites in the city provides for smooth excursions and getaway. a short drive away are cebu's beautiful beaches and the relaxing mountain retreats of the north. the three bedroom comes in a good size, and its very modern and luxurious. it's very comfortable to live here.

the bf city homes 2 is the place that you will get what you need due to the best location near with many restaurants and universities, so you can get many food deliveries in the easy way. the place is a little bit far from city center which is suit for me and my family but it’s near with the main road that is easy commute. this is a new project villa, so the room and facilities are spacious, new, and always clean. the car parking is also comfortable for the owner and visitors.

azalea place apartment is in a beautiful and calm city of cebu. azalea place 2-bedroom apartment is modern, trendy, and very color. as an investor, it is amazing because the university students are very good and keep the apartment very clean. azalea place apartment are brownish town with wooden furniture. the bedroom is amazing similar to japanese-inspired bedroom. perfect holiday home as well when no students are rental the place. a good investment, but a great holiday home at azalea place cebu.

even i travelled alone, i still have a great time with this apartment due to a beachfront view of this project. the wind is flow through from the balcony which is make me feel fresh. the room was so great with a spacious area and clean. all the staffs are helpful and friendly, i feel amazed that they have a 24 hours emergency team in the project. the foods are also delicious, highly recommend.

at first, i would like to roast the room of the padgett place, it was full furnished and fully amenities with luxury. the staffs are so nice and helpful, they are ready to provide and great service in every 24 hours. it was very convenient to commute due to the location is near with the main road. i highly recommend this apartment for everyone.

suarez residences cebu is good first investment i done in real estate. the location is amazing being in the heart of cebu city. been to cebu so many times for diving and for a holiday on the beach. finally got a place at suarez residences apartment a 1-bedroom apartment. it is very warm and all the color tones are the color of the sea and the beach. lots of young people in cebu for studying and for work and everyone is very kind and caring for my apartment when i rent it out. cebu is growing so young professionals are having more opportunity in their career. receiving good rental yields and purchasing suarez residences cebu in an affordable price and have a place to myself after a good dive in mactan beach.

the apartment is beautiful, clean and value with money. it is quite far from restaurants and shopping centers, so it is suitable with the person who want to get away from the hustle bustle life of city center. the staffs are so nice and very helpful, they provide all i want. i can take a look the sea view from my room due to the location of this apartment is near with the beach.

cebu city is just a beautiful and wonderful city not only for beach lovers but for everyone. been visiting cebu every opportunity i get for diving and some adventure to just take a break from the hustle of the city life. staying around business park and with the development of solinea and project plan is it a wonderful investment opportunity. solinea apartments are very affordable, trendy, modern, and also inviting with light tone to reflect the coastal town of cebu. with many tourists, university students, and divers cebu city is also visited from people all around the world.

quiet and calm villa

due to the villa is close with the nature and far from the city center, everyone can feel the nature. you can take a taxi to get to the villa for easy commute. the place is so clean and also not crowed with tourist. the staffs are so nice and very helpful. the view from our room is so great with a good environment. highly recommend for everyone who want to get away from hustle and bustle life.
