Quality projects in Chiang Mai. A spacious house with a private swimming pool.

The projects of the Sansaran Group can be called magnificent for every project. The villages are located in the same neighborhood as well. It is a quality chain that everyone would like to invest in and perfect for living. Before I decided to buy here, I went through the details for a while, and I chose to buy Grand Tropicana because I love the size of 5 bedrooms with a private pool, suitable for large families. Plus, it is also suitable for socializing at various parties. Apart from that, what I like is the spacious common area with a great security system !!
Beautiful location, good atmosphere

The project is in a good and excellent location near the mountain. The atmosphere is generally quiet. A 24-hour security guard guards the entrance to the village. Each house has its privacy with gated walls. The house structure and design are beautiful, according to plan. There is a lot of usable space. The house is decorated in luxury, modern, and very usable. To be honest, I am very impressed and not disappointed in choosing to buy a house for this project.

I finally found my dream home. It's currently under construction, and it's expected to be completed within a few months. The house I bought is a five-bedroom detached house with enough space for my family members. The house looks very spacious and elegant, and the design of it is luxurious and unique. Also, I can enjoy a stunning mountain range from the project, which is a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. I can't wait to move into this house.

I live with my family, a fairly large family, which the house can accommodate a lot of residents. The house is spacious with 4 bedrooms, a wide area, airy, and included many amenities such as a swimming pool, fitness, and much more. It is very convenient to meet the needs of most large families. It is also not far from shopping malls, universities, and other tourist attractions.

The village here is a good source of fresh air for the residents. From the project, you can see the mountain view of Wat Doi Pao. It's a peaceful place to stay in a quiet atmosphere. The house is large, suitable for living with a big family because there are 4 bedrooms. The house is very modern and elegant in a spacious area. Even though the project is built to order, the construction is much quicker than I expected. I am very happy to move. The neighbors are cute and super friendly, just like a gift from heaven.

I plan to do business in Chiang Mai, look for a house for my family when they come to visit and invest in the future. Therefore, I wanted a place with a big space in a good location. I found it here. The location is in a peaceful area but not far from many amenities, including Chiang Mai Airport, Central Plaza Chiang Mai Airport, hospitals, and universities. Let's look at the house itself; I like the Lanna style design; it is beautiful and luxurious. Each home is large, with many usable spaces suitable for a large family. High-quality materials are used for decoration. The project's facilities are also complete. We can see the mountain view from the house, which is so enjoyable as there is cold air throughout, so relaxing! I think It is a dream house that everyone will love. Moreover, the price is not very high. I recommend it if anyone is looking for the right place with nice weather in Chiang Mai, this is a perfect choice.
