This condo is suitable for a relaxation place as it is tranquil and close to markets, convenience stores, and hospitals. The security system here is high because you have to give an ID card before entering and exiting, yet it is used as a key card system. The condo consists of complete facilities, and it is well-maintained. Anyway, the residential unit is a bit small and not suitable for many people living. It suits for staying alone or couples. So, it is ideal for working ages and students because the rental rate is too high and it is conveniently located, and life here is so convenient.
Affordable condo in the residential area

I bought this place as a vacation condo. The room I bought is a one-bedroom room, the size is not very wide, but divided into good proportions. The location is great in the residential area near the fresh market and convenience stores. Many facilities in the project are also available. The swimming pool is spacious and sufficient for the number of guests. The security system is very reliable. A security guard takes care of us 24 hours a day and has a key card system. It comes with an affordable rental price, so it’s suitable for all ages, whether students or working-aged people.

This condominium project is well-maintained and clean. Moreover, the condo has the best location for investment and offers a good guaranteed rental yield. Its location is situated in the city center near Banglamung Hospital, department stores, and Naklua Beach. Great value !!
A ready-to-move-in condo next to the main road

Since I've lived here, I've noticed that it's a high-quality condo, beautifully decorated with a dining table and a small kitchen counter. The common area includes a swimming pool and a gym for those who wish to use its services. The site is conveniently located near the Sukhumvit main road and is only a few minutes drive from North Pattaya Beach. In any case, it only has a studio and one-bedroom units, making it unsuitable for families.
Good location but room quite small

Good location in the residential community, on Sukhumvit Road. It's close to many famous fresh markets, quite convenient. This place is suitable for long-term living, not for tourists because it's far from the beach and nightlife. The project has parking and a swimming pool. But the room is a quite small studio room, perfect for living alone or as a couple.
