The location is easy to travel and convenient. Worth the price

La Vallee Town is a townhouse development project. I bought it here as it is close to my office, easily and conveniently accessible. It saves time and worth the price paid. The construction building is strong and durable. Since I've been here, I never encounter any problems. However, the location here is a bit crowded, and it is not suitable for people who love privacy because there are many people and comprising many units. The houses using the same wall will affect the noise sound. Anyway, I'm okay, and I can live pleasantly. In my view, I think it is suitable for people who love the lower price, and I recommend it here. Worthwhile!
Safe and smooth life

It is a complete and comfortable townhouse, good, and quiet location. Spending everyday life without any problems. The interior is fully furnished with simplicity but represents a stylish scent. The project uses simple decorative tones, not noticeable much, making us not bored. In addition, the house area is just wide; it brings me to feel comfortable. The outside includes 2 car parking spaces. La Vallee Town Townhouse is very safe because it is in a potential community, and I don't have to worry about being insecure. There is a 24-hour security system with CCTV throughout the project.

I rent this place monthly. Since I've been here, I haven't found any problems. The price is not high, judging from its quality. This place isn't suitable for those who love privacy as they only sell townhouses, and the unit number is quite high. It won't be a big deal if you don't take it seriously. Within the project, there is a gym and a clubhouse, which is considered very convenient. The interior of the house is simple and comfortable. However, the house is not very spacious, but it is divided into functional proportions. This location isn't far from the city, only 20 minutes by car. There are many places to visit, such as beaches, shopping malls, and various tourist attractions. It's an interesting project at a reasonable price.
Townhouse suitable for small family

Townhouse village is located next to the main road. The journey is quite convenient. The 2-bedroom townhouse has a car park. Inside, the house is decorated with standard materials, suitable for living as a couple or a small family because the space is quite limited. At night in the village, the neighbors' dogs usually bark non-stop. Some nights it is very disturbing to sleep.

This project is a townhouse village, not far from Hua Hin town. If traveling by car, it takes only a few minutes to reach Bluport and Hua Hin beachfront. The townhouse itself is a well-designed two-story house. Therefore, it doesn't look cramped. At the front of the house, you can park 2 cars. There is also a clubhouse, playground, and fitness center, which I love spending time at. However, you should be prepared to deal with noise and privacy if you buy a townhouse as they are connected. Not a big problem here as the noise is not too loud. When considering the price and other facilities, I think this project is quite worthwhile.

The project here is a townhouse worth the money paid because it is considered convenient and not far from the Hua Hin Night Market, where it is easier to find food. The area is suitable for our family. It is a 2 bedroom house, and we have 4 people, so it is not too narrow. In front of the house, there are 2 car parking spaces. The village is not too crowded. There are many shops and restaurants in front of the village, on the main road, convenient to travel !!
