Condo for investment

I bought a one-bedroom room here for renting out. It is fully furnished, including air conditioning, TV, refrigerator and more. The project also gives us facilities and management like a 5-star hotel. My tenant responds very well because the location is next to Thong Krut beach with a stunning sea view. Moreover, the staff here are very professional and provide excellent service to customers. Overall, it is considered an excellent value for investment.
A beautiful beachfront condo

I relocated to Koh Samui to work, and I've been here for 2 years. Then, I have enough money to buy a condo with a 1 bedroom unit, with the unit area being about 50 sq.m. Because there are only 21 units, I adore this apartment. The ambiance is described as pleasant, calm, and uncrowded. With its proximity to the shore, I can walk a few feet to the beach and swim. The facilities are complete, including a communal pool, a gym, and guards. I always exercise at the gym because I'm a healthy lover. As for the guards and staff, they are very friendly. I always bring them snacks. The location is close to several wonderful and reasonably priced street food restaurants. It is also near a 7-Eleven convenience store, within a few steps. Besides, the location provides a convenient journey.
