私は、夫ともう一人のパートナーと一緒に経営する中小企業の場所として、1 年前にこのプロジェクトでホームオフィスを購入しました。 1階をオフィスエリアに改装しました。ユニットもしっかり分かれています。作業スペースは3人でも十分な広さです。このホームオフィスは私と夫のものです。私たちの友人は仕事の日しか来ません。夜遅くまで仕事をする場合に備えて、友人用のゲスト用寝室があります。ベッドルームが3つ、バスルームが3つあるのでバスルームも別々に使えます。私の夫は毎日ジムに行きます。このプロジェクトは、ラサール地区に生活に必要なものがすべて揃っており、MRT イエローラインがまもなく開通するという優れたロケーションにあります。私に言わせれば、将来このホームオフィスをリースしたり転売したりすれば、おそらく良い値段が付くだろう。
