A house for big family with a stunning lake view

My family and I moved to Thailand a year ago, but staying in a condominium must be too cramped for our big family. Therefore, I decided to buy a single-detached house in Hyde Park Vibhavadi, which is okay. My home is spacious with a swimming pool. Our neighbors are friendly and not noisy at all. The highlight of the project is the lake. It allows me and my family to spend time together. Sometimes, we will paddle a canoe or have a bbq. So we don’t feel uncomfortable living in a big city like Bangkok at all. The location is near Don Muang airport and my kid’s schools so I can travel easily. The juristic person can be slow sometimes; I expect them to improve their coordination and assistance. Overall, I’m satisfied.
A Luxury House Near International School

I'm looking for a single-house in Bangkok, and I want the location near the international school because I want my children to attend school. The main reason is I don't want my children to get up very early to go to school in the city and encounter a traffic jam every day. It seems to be a hassle for me and the kids. Also, I don't want my kids to get exhausted from a long journey and causing their concentration on study. Therefore, I am looking for a home that my kids can enjoy their lives. Fortunately, I came across the Hyde Park Vibhavadi Project, adjacent to Harrow International School. So I decided to let my husband buy it because it is suitable for our kids and our need. The project is located in a beautiful area, next to the big lake. Fascinatingly, the project provides a private swimming pool as well. The atmosphere is so good, and I like it here very much because our kids do not have to spend a lot of time traveling to school.
The projects here are decorated in a vintage-contemporary with a little European style.

Previously we live in the condo nearby Praram 9, but when we got married and had children, we needed a bigger and more proportioned home. I went to see many projects and decided to buy this house until my husband said that if staying here, it is convenient in many things because it is close to my child's school and not very far from his office. And another thing is don't need to be concerned about transportation because we have our private car. The projects here are decorated in a vintage-contemporary with a little European style. Our home has four bedrooms, four bathrooms suitable for large families, and rooms for visitors. The kitchen is a western-style. The area around is just the appropriate size, and there is a private swimming pool, garden with a tropical style, and spacious parking space. The house has no furniture fitted. Luckily, we do like to decorate the home in our style. The common area is wonderful, with a vast lake. You can enjoy kayaking in the evening, watch the sunset, go picnic, spend time with your family easily every day. There are security guards 24 hours, including a Smart home technology system that can connect the house with us at any time anyplace. I'm satisfied with this project. incredible
Beautiful house, good environment

The home environment is nice and warm. The location is great, comprising a private swimming pool. The house interior has a living space suitable for a large family. The inside of the room is proportionally equipped with facilities that I have been able to live my daily life smoothly. A house is a peaceful place decorated in modern style, suitable for modern times. I am impressed that the house design gives a real home feeling. Besides, it is located in my work area, and it is very convenient and comfortable to travel to work.
Home near by Don Muang Airport with the exclusive lake view

The highlight of this project is near Don Muang Airport because my wife and I work there. I am a pilot with a random schedule. All the crew members will know that they will be dialed at any time. So I wanted to find a house close to the airport and travel with a few minutes, but it made us feel comfortable and private. Probably, come back to rest in a short time from a long flight. It takes only 10-15 minutes about 5 kilometers from the airport. The house is next to nature overlooking the lake. The concept of this project is a Modern house style. There is a private swimming pool at home to relax, and the children have plenty of space to run around. In the evening you can also go canoeing. The most amazing is the unforgettable sunset view of the lake we commune with every day. As for the house located near to the airport, we affect on noise pollution. However, if I have to choose between wasting time on the car stuck on the road or the plane's noise, I'd better listen to the sound of the plane because at least I can get a longer sleep. Besides, the project's location is in a very deep alley, crowded alley making travel inconvenient in rush hour. Also, the surroundings of the village are quite scary and very quiet during the night.
