The interesting project, under construction

The project is located on Rama IV Road with a great potential location. There are plenty of shopping malls, hospitals, shops, and restaurants. The Phra Khanong BTS station is only 140 meters away, a few minutes away. The project has only 1-2 bedrooms to choose from, which is suitable for those who live only 1-2 because the room is not very big, but the various facilities provided can cover the residents' needs very well. It is large and beautiful. Plus, on the 29th floor, there is also a stunning view of the Chao Phraya River.
The common area is as enormous as I've ever seen.

The project is situated in a potential location opposite the Seacon Bang Khae and Phasi Charoen MRT, which is a few meters away. The project has a number of facilities that are decorated in a luxury design, including a swimming pool, large garden area, fitness center, and library. There are many different room types, ranging from 1 bedroom to 2 bedrooms, that are well ventilated and also offer all functions completely. The view from the balcony is awesome. There are city lights at night, which are stunning and impressive. Compared to neighboring condos in the same area, the price per square meter is quite high, but I can assure you that it is worth the investment!
