Condo located near Suvarnabhumi airport

It is in a very convenient location. Opposite the project, there is a market and restaurants. More importantly, it is very close to Suvarnabhumi Airport. Most of the neighbors living here are flight attendants, stewards, and working-age residents, making the atmosphere quiet and less crowded. In the room, there has a small kitchen corner for cooking simple dishes. The common area is complete with a gym, a swimming pool, and parking. But the parking lot here is a bit inadequate considering the number of units. Overall, it's a nice project and convenient to travel too.
Condo near Suvarnabhumi Airport

I accidentally found this condo as I was at Suvarnabhumi Airport to see my friend off, and I needed a place to stay near the airport because I had to travel to another province. When I first arrived at this condo, I was surprised as it is a splendid condo. The location is tranquil and surrounded by shops, convenience stores, and shopping malls. The common area also features a communal pool, car parking, elevators, garden, BBQ grilled area, and 24-hour security system. The guards are lovely, and they always help me by recommending places to visit. I love the communal garden because I could spend my leisure time and enjoy the tranquil nature. The staff is also lovely and always helped me. In general, I love it and was impressed by all the staff here. I’d recommend this condo for those who are looking for it. I’m guaranteed that it is very pleasant.
Condo Near Suvarnabhumi International Airport, Only 5 km

I am an employee of an international airline, currently working at Suvarnabhumi International Airport. Therefore, I looked for a condo that is not very far from the airport because I will visit some places during the flight stop in Bangkok. The room I chose to rent is a studio room. I chose a studio room because I'm alone and rarely stay at a condo because there is a flight that has to fly abroad all the time. The interior is fully furnished, and it is very fit, not too small, and too big. The rental price is also not expensive and suitable for foreigners or even people who work near the airport.

My work needs to travel a lot and come down to Thailand every month. I think buying accommodation in Thailand is a worthwhile investment. Because every time I come, it stays for a long time. The condo here also has complete facilities. Most importantly, it is close to Suvarnabhumi Airport so that I can travel easily. It is also very reasonably priced. The facilities are full. I love going to the gym and the communal swimming pool. The surrounding area is shady and clean. Whenever I want to have dinner, I can go shopping at The Paseo Mall Latkrabang by just 5 minutes drive. If I go to do something in the city, I can go to the Airport Link at Lat Krabang Station, only 10 minutes from the condo. If there is a vacation, I will come back to stay in Thailand every time. If I have to go abroad for a long time, I will leave the condo with Juristic to clean it before coming back. I am impressed with the excellent care of the residents. When it comes to disadvantages, I think the pool is sometimes not clean. Because after the rain the water is very turbid I would like more common areas to be maintained. Overall, I think the price is reasonable. Close to the airport and convenient to travel.

We have been staying at IRIS Avenue Onnuch-Suvarnabhumi for almost a year now. Therefore, I can say that this condo is very responsive to my lifestyles. I am working at Suvarnabhumi Airport, and I am a person who doesn't like chaos and crowded. This condo is close to Lat Krabang Airport Link, which can be easily transported to work. So that why I choose this condo. There has facility service of the condo, such as a swimming pool, a full-service fitness center, and excellent safety CCTV cameras available in every corner of the building, A key card system is used to get in and out of the building. The condo has a modern interior design and decoration inside the room is excellent. The highlight of this place is a beautiful garden, and we can sit and relax in our free time or tired from work. It seems like we were close to nature, even though we are in a busy city, for anyone looking for a condo for living in the Lat Krabang area or someone who works at the airport. I want to recommend this Iris Avenue Onnuch - Suvarnabhumi condo. It is not disappointed. It out of trouble with crowded accommodation. Unlock any problems that have been encountered. Lastly, it is suitable for people who are tired of the congestion and bustle in the city.
Nice location near the University

The condo is in the perfect location to Ladkrabang University. It takes only 10 minutes to get to work there. The condo itself is very quiet and peaceful so that I can work from home when I need to focus on lesson plans and online teaching. The corridors can be a bit noisy when other residents walk past but that’s just 10 seconds. I would call the location suburb, yet I can connect to the city easily. The project’s location is also near Ladkrabang Airport Rail Link which you can get to the station by buses within 5 minutes. The room that I rent is a studio type, so not a perfect place for cooking because the entire room can be smelly. Still, I like that the project is a low rise which gives me more privacy than the high-rise condominium. The juristic persons are quite and know their jobs. During the COVID, they work hard to keep us safe. The facilities are always clean and well-equipped. But, it seems that they don’t have enough parking space for those who have their own car. Not a big deal to me as I always take a bus to the university. I love the garden the most because it’s huge with a footpath for a walk and pleasant so I can relax after work or I can walk to the market which is 1 km away. Actually, it’s more like avenue where you can find a market, raw of shops and convenient stores.
