Good location, easy to travel

This condominium is located in the prime area of the city center. It is very convenient to travel. It has excellent security, and the receptionists serve a friendly service. There is a full range of facilities. The condo site is decorated with a luxurious, modern, and quiet atmosphere. In terms of the room, it is very spacious. The living area is worth the price as it is fully equipped and all appliances are provided. The balcony area is also large. You can see the city view at 360 degrees. I like it here because it is quite convenient for traveling, saving time traveling to the city.
Good location near the mall. The room is spacious and has a lot of space.

My husband and I rented this condo last year. At first, I hesitated because Grand Langsuan was an old condo. Even though it is close to famous malls like Central World, Central Embassy, and Central Chidlom, I was afraid that the place might be uncomfortable and dirty. After we viewed the actual room, I decided to rent it immediately because the interior is updated continuously with excellent cleanliness. Also, you get a larger room than other new condos. I chose to rent a room with two bedrooms, which is 100 square meters. It's more than enough for a family, and it makes me feel like a real home, not just a room or condo.
Good for living and investment

I just decided to buy a condo a long time ago. As you may know, this condo has been completed for many years. And it doesn't look modern as recently-built condos in the past few years. But judging on the room size and location, it is still worth paying. It is in an ideal position in a prime location, easy to travel by BTS, surrounded by many department stores like Central World and Siam Paragon. As for the room, there is plenty of usable space, but the design can be a bit outdated. It's not a big deal for me because the room is very spacious to renovate as we want. The facilities are adequate for the residents. Overall is okay for both living and investment.
The condo is located on the main road, which is convenient to travel.

My friends and I looked for a condominium near Lumpini park, and then we found the Grand Langsuan Condo. At first, we looked at the website not very satisfied because of the room quite out to date, but when I came to see the project myself, it was much newer than expected. The condo is located on the main road, which is convenient to travel. This place provides what we need because we work nearby, and we share the room as an annual contract. The room is two bedrooms separated from the kitchen and living room proportionately, decorated full furniture with good quality, and the high floor room offers a city view with the airy breeze. The common area has full facilities like the other project nearby, such as the swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sports stadium, parking, and gym. The condominium is also close to Central Embassy and Central Chidlom, where you can walk or take a taxi for just a few minutes. Moreover, it's about 600 meters from the Chidlom BTS. The next station is Siam BTS, which is close to my office. However, if you mention the disadvantages, we have to accept the traffic jam all day long because this area is residential in the main city. If using a car or a bus, you have to allow a lot of time before leaving the room.

My husband and I have already been here two times; in 2015 and 2018. It is very convenient and easy to go anywhere. Besides, the condo provides a full range of facilities with an excellent security system. The surrounding area is fascinating, and it is surrounded by restaurants, department stores, and famous hospitals. Furthermore, many main routes connect to business areas; Sathorn and Ploenchit. These locations are considered as suitable for running businesses because it is very convenient.
Nice condo in the perfect location of Chidlom

Perfect location near Chidlom BTS, just 600 meters away. The project is not on the main road, which makes living peaceful and quiet. Still, it allows me to go to the shopping centers, hospitals, restaurants, and the parks conveniently. Avoid the rush hour if you can as the area will be crowded with cars and commuters at that time of the day. The best transportation around the area would be BTS and motorbike. Unfortunately, the public bike fee can be pricy, so having your bike would be better. Juristic persons are friendly and work hard to maintain the facilities in good condition. The pool is always clean and not crowded. Somehow, the parking never seems to be enough, especially when you come back late at night.

I worked in Bangkok, Thailand, for a year. I have rented Grand Langsuan Condo, which is a condo located near Chidlom BTS. I often usually take Chidlom BTS. It is very convenient to go to work. The room that I rented is good facilities—perfectly divided into the room. The common area was comfortable. I could use the services fully, such as a swimming pool, gym, sauna, BBQ area, and a small garden where I could relax and enjoy the view in my spare time. Nearby places around the condo are Central Embassy, Villa Market, and Emquartier. It is a condo that suits my needs.
First time staying in Thailand for 3 months

This is the first time I have been to Thailand. I visited Thailand for a 3-month business purpose. My Thai friends recommended this area, and he also helped me find a place to stay until I found out this condo. It quite suits me because there are two bedrooms with two bathrooms and a large space. The receptionists are very kind and helpful. Besides, the location is excellent because it is near Chit Lom and Ratchadamri BTS Stations. It is close to the shopping malls like Central World, Central Chidlom, and Central Embassy. 5-star hotels surround this condo; it is easy to meet with others, especially with people in the business I worked. Moreover, the place that I stayed in is near Lumpini-Park, which is only 10 minutes walk. The weakness of this area is that I might need to spare the time to go to the airport because the traffic in this area is quite heavy all day long. Honestly, I didn’t realize three months went so fast. After a 3-month, I went to my country, and Thailand will be my favorite top 5 cities forever because there are such beautiful places and lovely people. Thank you!

I love the room here. It is a luxury condo in elegant design and uses good quality accessories. Spacious room with a separate kitchen, suitable for a family. Our room is facing Lumpini Park. The facilities are complete and well maintained. It's only 900 meters close to Chit Lom BTS station and easily go to various shopping malls.

I have planned to marry. We both Canadian and work in Thailand. We are intended to buy a condo after the wedding. I am secretly worried about this, but luckily, we both work around Chidlom and have a chance to view Grand Langsuan Project High rise 36-story condominium with 104 units. The project is located on Lang Suan Road, Lumpini Subdistrict, Pathumwan District. It is nearby my office and makes the daily commute to work more convenient and easier. (Have more time to relax) There is also Central World shopping mall, which is only 850 miles away. There are different types of room to choose start from 2-4 bedrooms with modern design. The property has complete facilities. You can travel to the condo by car and public transport such as Chidlom BTS, it is just 700 meters away, Silom MRT 1.5 km. To travel by private car from Sukhumvit checkpoint to the project is about 1.3 km, Phetchaburi motorway 1.7 km, as I can see there are no disadvantages of the place at the moment. However, I will update again after moving in.
