Spacious room, very good maintenance

It is an old condo that has been built for many years, but the interior is still very well maintained. There is a full range of facilities such as a swimming pool, a fitness center, a playground, and a garden. This place is suitable for the family to stay in as the room is spacious, and there are as many as 4 bedrooms provided that can accommodate multiple people. The location is also convenient. You can choose to travel in many ways, either by the Skytrain, public buses or a private car is also convenient. However, most of the time, we always take the Skytrain and take the bus for about 850 meters to reach the station. I think that it is more convenient than using a private car because the traffic is quite congested surrounding the project. Overall, this place is okay, whether its location, room sizes, common areas. All are qualified and suitable for a reasonable price.

Chidlom Place project is an old condo. Although the exterior is not modern, the interior has been well-maintained. I used to rent a room here. The owner of the room renovated and decorated the interior well. It has all the appliances and most importantly, the space is very spacious. I was together with my whole family, so I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. And do not have to worry about the facilities. Even though it is an old condo, it has a swimming pool, fitness center, garden, and shop within the project. The condo is located next to the main road but may not be close to BTS. It takes about 10 minutes to walk; if not in a hurry, it's ok. Then there is the Central Chidlom department store which is not far away.

This high-rise condo is located in the prime area of ​​Chidlom. The building is outstanding with an elegant dark red. It is also conveniently located as it is 850 meters close to Chidlom BTS, only 850 meters. It is also near the Central Chidlom Shopping Mall and 550 meters close to the Central World. There is also a 7-Eleven in the neighborhood, just a 1-minute walk away, including many other shops, restaurants, really convenient. Looks good thoroughly.

It is an old condo that offers all-round amenities. The backside of the property is Khlong Saen Saeb and Chidlom pier. In front of the alley is Central Chidlom and Chidlom BTS. The nearby restaurants and convenience stores are easy to find in the neighborhood. The project has been well taken care of because the common area is clean; the outdoor pool is also beautiful. My 3-bedroom room is huge, decorated with luxurious furniture. The city view from the room is very stunning. I have been here for over 2 years, and I love this place so much. It's like my second home.

I have a short stay in this condo for 3 months, but I am very impressed by choosing here. The room is very spacious, with plenty of space in the living room. Although the building exterior looks a bit outdated, the entire room, including the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, has been well renovated. The owner decorated the room in a luxury European style, and the floor and built-in furniture are made from real teak wood. The teak closet comes with a lot of storage. The owner said that the 4-bedroom unit owner would get 2 fixed parking space (but I lived here for a short time, so I haven't used the parking service yet). From the balcony, you can still enjoy the city view on the Sukhumvit and Saen Saeb Canal. I like it here because it is a condo that is not cramped. There are only a few units for the entire building. I could meet my neighbors and made new friends who live here. They are very lovely, always greet each other and when having a party or cook delicious Thai food, they will always share. The project also has common areas such as a swimming pool, a gym, a garden, a playground, and in the common area, there is Wi-Fi available, but the internet speed is very slow because of crowded people. And if you live here and the balcony of your room is on the Saen Saeb canal side. I wouldn't advise you to open the window or go out to the balcony during a rainy day because of the canal's stinky smell. At first, I thought it was from the bathroom, but I talked to the room owner and got a very shocking answer that it was from the canal. The benefit of this project is convenient transportation. The project is located near Chidlom BTS. Plus! There are taxis and serviced motorcycles in front of the project, which makes it easy to find. I like walking, and sometimes it takes so long to Ploenchit BTS. The neighborhood of the project is perfect. It's close to many leading department stores such as Central Chidlom, Central World, and Gaysorn Village. During the weekends, I usually spend time with my family there.
