My dream house

I rented this house to hold a party with friends for one night. I was responsible for choosing the place. My friends wanted somewhere near downtown. Honestly, I had a pretty hard time finding it. It took me some times to find it. Then I found this place on the internet. It looked so lovely and luxurious from the photos, so I decided to choose this place. After the party was held, I got positive feedback from my friends. I have no regret choosing this place at all. It looks exactly like the photos. There are enough rooms for indoor and outdoor activities. It gave a sense of a mansion in California. I have a chance to explore their clubhouse, and it was excellent with standard facilities such as a swimming pool and a gym. I asked the staff for more information. All of them are friendly and informative. They told me that the project was made to order. I couldn't help thinking about one of mine in the future. The only thing I could do now is to save money. Apparently, it has become one of my dream houses so far.

Besides, the project provides all-electric appliances making residents feel comfortable. For the house, there is a huge house area and a full set of communal facilities. The most important is that it is near the malls, convenient to travel by car because it is also near the Chalong Rat Expressway (Ramintra - At Narong).

Here is a house that our family has been looking for a while. Before I bought it, I had an appointment with a salesperson to inspect the real home. At first, I didn't expect too much, but all members of my family love it. It is a spacious house with a lot of spaces with a pleasant garden in front of the house. Moreover, the house is located in an exclusive area, which is very convenient for traveling. Our family is quite big with three dogs, and My mum wants to have some space for them to play. For the house, I bought it as an empty house and decorated with furniture by ourselves. The design of the project focuses on using great materials that use real stone and real wood. We have a chance to inspect the project a few times before deciding to buy it. I like the area around the house that seems very peaceful and secure. There are security guards 24-hour, the decoration of the common area is so shady, a swimming pool, sports clubs, a gym that I can spend a day with my family without driving to go far. Our house is a large size with 2 stories,4 bedrooms, spacious and well proportioned. There is a parking lot for 2-3 cars. Decorate the interior with western-style and imported furniture from abroad; the quality is considered excellent. Since moving in, I'm delighted because there is a garden area to enjoy a relaxing time. There is extra space that I can make a small veggie garden as I want in the backyard. The house plan is well-managed and functional. We might consider changing some exterior details. The materials are excellent, and an experienced engineer oversees the site. The area is suitable for me, not too big or too small. When I visited the site, the village is quiet and pleasant. Most of the neighbors are businessmen that I know, so we don’t have any problem. I was not disappointed buying this condo as I bought it three years ago and land prices have been increasing every year. It became the prime location and suitable for my big family.
