Arise Condo At Mahidol

the house design is very cool in loft style with a bare concrete design and a few pieces of furniture that make the house look more spacious. i really love that the interior is mainly in dark-tone decoration, making it look more stylish. there are a total of 3 bedrooms with a swimming pool and a yard for pets. the location is quiet, suitable for living for full relaxation. there are many trees, very shady!

私はここに引っ越して 3 ヶ月間住んでいましたが、コンドミニアムの周囲が静かで安全だったので印象的でした。近所の人もスタッフもフレンドリーでとても親切です。私が泊まった部屋は、とても綺麗でスタイリッシュな内装で、リラックスできる雰囲気です。さらに、共用部には設備が充実しており、快適にご利用いただけます。すでにサービスを利用していますが、全く問題ありません。さらに、このコンドミニアムは便利な場所にあり、ムアンチェンマイのどこにでも簡単にアクセスできます。私はここに住むという正しい決断をしました。

i bought this house with 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. the living area is about 700 square meters, where i find it very worthwhile. everyone in my family loves this house the most. what i like the most is the private elevator because it helps me to go up and down the 3-story house easily. every house has a swimming pool and an elevator. for the car parking spaces, it is spacious enough to park 4 cars. also, the materials and equipment used in the construction are strong and durable. more importantly, we can choose the flooring material by ourselves. moreover, the project atmosphere is not crowded and tranquil. the road is also spacious. apart from that, the project is located near many amenities because it is in chiang mai, whether a central plaza chiang mai airport and tesco lotus hang dong. it is also close to chiang mai airport that will make traveling everywhere convenient. it impresses me a lot because i love traveling. the security system is available for 24 hours, and cctv cameras are installed around the project. however, public transport hasn't been accessed yet. using a private car is more convenient, just only 5-10 minutes.

the project seems a bit crowded because each house is quite close to each other. convenient location near chiang mai-lamphun road for 250 meters. you can easily reach various amenities such as 89 plaza, tesco lotus express, bank, police station, and many restaurants around. as for the house itself, it is a spacious 2-story house. materials selected for construction and decoration look beautiful and high-quality. the bedroom is airier, with a sliding glass door opening to the outside view. reasonable price, worth buying!

this high-quality project is perfect since it is well designed, modern, beautiful, and pleasant to live in. the house is large, with a well-balanced layout of living spaces. the furnishings in the house are beautiful and long-lasting. it appeals to those who value their privacy. aside from the extensive amenities, the location is advantageous because it is about 10-12 minutes to get to sunday market and 13 minutes to reach the airport. in conclusion, this project is considered a quality project.

this is the village where my grandma has lived for almost 10 years. the atmosphere here is pleasant. although it is a large project with more than 200 units, each house is private and gated. the neighbors here are friendly and have a good relationship. the security guards take care for 24 hours. plus, leo (our dog) is also happy as he has a space to play around.
