a nice place to live in an excellent location

i am interested in this project because of the location. i often drive to hua hin for a family vacation and do not want to stay in hua hin town but do not want to stay far away. this project is near pranburi beach. it just takes only around 30 minutes to drive to hua hin, very convenient. the project has a stunning mountain view in front, but you will also find a beautiful view of the sea if you look behind. i had a look at the project's details, and it is perfect for me. there are 2 parking spaces, 3 spacious bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a lovely garden around the house, and a rooftop area where it can be used for our sitting area to enjoy the scenery. in addition, there are seafood restaurants, a 7-eleven, and other amenities near the project. i think it is well worth the money. i like it very much!

i had the opportunity to see the custom-built houses of this project. there are 6 types of houses to choose from, with room sizes starting from 2 bedrooms up to 4 rooms. the salesperson also informs that the materials used in each construction are of high quality. inside each house, there is also a private swimming pool overlooking the sea. there are also complete facilities in the common area like a swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, and jacuzzi. most importantly, it is within a few steps to pranburi beach. i would say that it is the perfect place for relaxing.

i used to live here 3 months ago. the good thing is that the room has a stunning sea view. it is a fully furnished one-bedroom. i like it very much! the pool is quite large and is located right next to the beach. their restaurant serves a good breakfast with a variety of options. what they should improve, in my opinion, is the cleanliness of the common area. overall, it is good. the condo is near pranburi beach, shops, and a variety of local restaurants.

the best a condo-resort in pak nam pran

my friends and i were looking for a place to relax near the beach until we found this project. i sincerely appreciate it. despite the project has been running for more than 20 years, there is still good equipment. we stayed in this condo for 3 nights and 4 days, in a 3-bedroom condo. the room is spacious and tastefully decorated. you can see the sea view and the outdoor swimming pool from a large balcony and also you can enjoy a nice sea view while you are swimming. the project is a bit deep, but the road is not complicated, so don't be concerned about transportation. the project is close to several attractions, such as pran buri forest park, which is only a few minutes drive away.

a lovely condo not far from hua hin town

it is a lovely condo. the room here is very spacious, has a beautiful design, and a high ceiling that makes the room more airy and brighter. our duplex room comes with a mezzanine which my son loves very much as he feels he can have his own private space there. the open kitchen is very modern, but i do not recommend cooking any smelly foods, or you must open the window before cooking if you need to. moreover, the project also provides many facilities such as a kid’s playground, fitness center, spacious parking, and beachfront swimming pool. from here, you can drive to hua hin town, which takes about 20 minutes. overall it is good. the atmosphere is pleasant, suitable for all living lifestyles. recommend!
