there are only 4 townhomes in this project because privacy is the main focus. the project has designed the house to have 4 bedrooms in a spacious usable area of up to 253 square meters and can adjust to any function as you like. however, there is no clubhouse or common area, but there is still security from both security guards and cctv throughout the project. in terms of location, this neighborhood has many housing projects. you won’t be lonely. also, it is surrounded by many facilities, such as centralplaza lat phrao which is not far away. when it comes to transport, it is convenient because you can access both ratchadaphisek road and suthisarn winitchai road, or you can choose to use the underground train service at ratchadaphisek mrt station.

私は数日前にこのプロジェクトを訪れました。贅沢な企画です。妻への結婚祝いとして購入したいと思っています。私は2ベッドルームのデュプレックスユニットが本当に好きです。プロジェクトにはすべての施設があり、外出する必要はほとんどありません。もう一つ印象に残っているのは、サイアミーズ テクノロジー システムです。これほど多くのプロジェクトのオファーはこれまで見たことがありません。また、ショッピングモール、病院、学校、お店などの便利な場所もたくさんあります。私の妻はここが好きに違いないと思います。

about 2 weeks ago, i drove my friend home and came across this project. it was eye-catching for the first time because the project was beautiful and outstanding. after that, i went to the project again to look inside the room. honestly, the room was much prettier than i expected. both the decoration and design are extremely luxurious. the space in the room is spacious and well proportioned. there is an outdoor playground, a green area around the project and 24-hour security guards. most importantly, there is also a hospital not far from the condo. if you are sick, you can easily go to see a doctor. besides, traveling around is convenient whether by road transport, bus, or mass rapid transit. this project meets all of my needs.

it is a new project located between sutthisan mrt and huai khwang mrt. it is more convenient for people who own a private car because there are numerous routes that can take you to various destinations. it is close to a variety of amenities, including 7-eleven, restaurants, and street foods. i personally love the 2-bedroom functions since it is private and expansive, as well as meets those who love cooking because the kitchen zone is separated, ensuring you won’t be annoyed with the smells. the balcony is spacious where i can plant the trees. besides, it meets my needs for wfh. the monthly installment is not more than 20k, which meets my requirements at a reasonable price.

it's such a luxury detached housing project that is hardly found in the thonglor business area. the house has been styled in a high-rise condominium with 6 stories. also, the design is unique, different from general detached houses, which are usually built between only 1-3 floors. it's suitable for large families as there are 5 bedrooms. the master bedroom is on the 3 floors, and the other 4 bedrooms are on the 5th and 6th floors. inside the house has both thai and european kitchens. the interior is decorated with luxury furniture for a reasonable price and comes with a private elevator. also, the whole project comprises only 4 units. however, for those who are interested, please be hurried to book it before it's all sold as this area is known as a prosperous location which is surrounded by many amenities such as j avenue thonglor, central rama 9, srinakharinwirot university, bangkok hospital, etc.

このコンドミニアムには、忙しすぎず、静かすぎず、素晴らしい雰囲気があります。 mrt ファイクワン駅までわずか 300 メートルの距離にあるため、食べ物を見つけたり、どこへでも簡単に旅行したりできます。ファイクワン・ナイトマーケットやザ・ストリート・ラチャダー・ショッピングセンターも近くにあるので、ここに住んでいて退屈を感じたことはありません。しかも私のコンドミニアムは1ベッドルームで、1～2人で泊まれるくらいの広さです。素材や家具の質も良く、バルコニーも広々としています。プロジェクトのために設備は充実しているのですが、忙しくてなかなか使えません。 btsの近くにコンドミニアムを探している人にはこのプロジェクトをお勧めします。

2020年に完成した新しいプロジェクト。広大な緑地はレクリエーションと住民の日陰を提供します。最大4ライを占めますが、バンコクで見つけることは非常にまれです。プロジェクト内の多くの店舗ユニットは居住者に快適な暮らしをもたらします。部屋タイプはスタジオから3ベッドルームまであります。装飾に使用されている家具は高品質です。さらに重要なのは、このプロジェクトがmrta地下鉄駅の近く、わずか350メートルに位置し、来年オープンする予定であることです。
