conveniently located and close to the bts station, the project site is styled beautifully. it offers a full range of facilities such as a lobby lounge, a communal pool, a gym, and a strict security system. receptionists serve excellent service. it is also easy to access nearby shopping malls, only 15 minutes there, yet many restaurants surround the condo. life here is full of convenience, not disappointed to buy it.

約30平方メートルの1ベッドルームユニットを購入しました。小さすぎて窮屈に感じないサイズです。部屋には費用対効果の高い家具パッケージが付属しています。プロジェクト内には、利用者数に対して十分な数のエレベーターが 3 台あります。プロジェクトの場所は、ラーマ 9 世やチェーンワッタナ地区から遠くないシラット高速道路から遠くありません。プロジェクトは bts ウォンウィアンヤイ駅からわずか 200 メートルの距離にあるため、この場所は公共交通機関で旅行する人にとって便利であると考えられています。

The Room BTS Wongwian Yai

i bought the room in this project and moved in right after the condo was newly completed. it has been three years now. overall, the condo is excellent, very suitable for my family and me. plus, the project has perfect after-sales service, takes care of the residents, and the common area is spotless as there is staff to clean regularly. what i'm impressed with is that there is a lot of privacy with only a few neighbors. the best seems to be the location since it takes just a few steps from the project. you can travel to wongwian yai bts or a taxi. this neighborhood is nearby many restaurants serving both local and international dishes, and just crossing the taksin bridge to the silom and sathorn areas is very comfortable.

i rented a 1-bedroom condo here because the price is very reasonable, and the location is excellent. the communal garden area is beautifully decorated in an english style and provides a relaxing atmosphere. in general, the amenities are similar in other condos, such as the swimming pool, gym, car parking, lobby, and security guards. the atmosphere is ideal for relaxation, with a city view that meets my requirements. i believe i will continue to rent a condo here because of its potential location near iconsiam. there are several amenities in the surrounding area, such as convenience stores and restaurants. it is also convenient and quick to get around because it is close to the bts station. however, i often use a motorcycle service to the office every morning. it is convenient and quick to use a motorcycle service.

this condo is near wongwian yai bts, within walking distance. it is also close to convenience stores such as 7-eleven, which is only a 3-minute walk away, and the neighborhood also has department stores, schools, and famous hospitals. the project is fully equipped with amenities such as an outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, very suitable for health lovers like me. in addition, my 1 bedroom room unit is also spacious and furnished as well.

このコンドミニアムはとてもモダンに見え、ユニークなデザインが施されています。コミュニティモールもあるので、気軽に食事に行くことができます。ただし、ショッピングをしたい場合は、bitecバンナーやセントラルバンナーなどの大きなショッピングモールも近くにあります。 btsバンナー駅まで通路があるのは素晴らしいですね。また、私の部屋はベッドルームが 1 つしかないにもかかわらず、とても広くてとても快適です。ただ 1 つだけ、このプロジェクトの設備には非常に残念です。住民にとって、もっと多様性のあるものであるべきだ、あるいはプロジェクト内にコミュニティモールがあるが、それ以上の施設を配置するのに十分な面積がないのではないかと考えるかもしれない。
