i just moved to work in the petchkasem road area. the project is accessible to main roads such as petchkasem road, phutthamonthon sai 3 road and kanchanapisek road. as well, bang khae mrt is close to here. in addition, i like to spend my vacation driving around, looking for something to eat at many shopping centers. i bought the townhome 2 floors high with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. besides, many facilities within the project allow me and my family to fully relax without going anywhere. i recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area.

it is such a beautiful townhome project, luxurious from the entrance to the residential building. apart from that, the common area is well-decorated in a modern luxury style. i’m so impressed because there are many facilities and they still look very new. the townhome i plan to buy for a bridal house has 4 bedrooms. i like this area the most because i can live near my parents' house. getting in and out of the project is also convenient; going into the city is easy because it takes less than 10 minutes to get on the expressway on kanchanaphisek road or even use the bang khae mrt service, which is also convenient. although the townhome i chose is pricy, it's definitely worth the money i paid because it gives the most space. if anyone wants a house that is not very expensive, it may reduce the size of the house, which is reasonable and worth it. as well you can chill out or go shopping near the project. most importantly, it's not crowded. oh, just to let you know, i already paid a deposit!

this townhouse is pleasant to live in because the entrance is spacious and lined with many restaurants, parks, and kids' playgrounds. the general ambiance is nice, and the next-door neighbors are lovely. i rented a three-story townhouse, with the first floor dedicated to the pharmacy and the second and third floors dedicated to living. it is considered affordable and can be used for a variety of purposes. there are also 2 car parking spaces and can double park. it was partially furnished, which impressed me, and customers stopped by all the time to use the service. it is also close to phet kasem road, allowing for easy access, and is near big c, makro, and the hospital. a very worthwhile and attractive investment.
