during a flying layover, i had the opportunity to stay here. the property is conveniently located close to the airport. the distance is only a few hundred meters. the surroundings are great, shady, and private. the property is a condotel that welcomes both thai and foreign visitors. there is a gym and a swimming pool. we've had a great experience with the service. the receptionists are polite. the room is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the air conditioner works well. it is a shame that i can hear airplanes taking off and landing almost the entire night. if you're sensitive to noise, you won't be able to sleep at all.

my family and i have been renting this house for a month. it is a 2-story single detached house with a spacious living area and is well ventilated. the landlord takes very good care of the house because it still looks new and clean. the house has beautiful decorations, and most furniture in this house is built-in. there are air conditions in the living room and both bedrooms. the atmosphere is very quiet. the neighbors are lovely. the common area is well maintained, not crowded. i feel very private. there are also security guards to look after the villagers. the project has a convenient location, close to the city, easy to find foods and restaurants, and it is only a 15 minutes drive to central festival phuket or tesco lotus extra mall phuket.
