it is a six-tower complex created for city residents seeking immediate relaxation in the midst of a hectic city. it's one of a kind because it features many water features like a centerpiece lake pool, waterfalls, koi ponds, and fountains. kasara urban resort residence is surprisingly close to sites of interest such as tiendesitas and sm hypermarket shopping malls. the room is okay. it suits for solo living or couples. it’s a peaceful living experience.

at lumiere residences apartment is very easy to connect the whole of manila. staying in a 2-bedroom apartment is wide and spacious. the design is unique but simple as well. the apartment is simplicity to its finest. around the area in shaw blvd and pasig city landmarks is the best. after work i come back and around the area i can go for grocery shopping, exercise at different sport complexes. sometimes basketball, sometimes tennis, sometimes swimming is perfect. weekend get to try on different food in the area and hop around many bars. the apartment is simple and spacious, but the area is flashy and also eventful, its never gets boring.

the sapphire bloc apartment is in the heart of everything. a 2-bedroom apartment is spacious and worth the money. i am close by to walk my work place take 6 minutes’ walk. close by to wack wack golf course for a good weekend activity with my mates. close by to different shopping centers and restaurants. the sapphire bloc apartment is beautiful, spacious, and very modern with minimalistic design of white tone and dark grey tone to have a warm welcome back home. the view of metro manila at the sapphic bloc is just mesmerizing.

the apartment is so nice with a great location in metro manila. the room is also clean and bright with a flow air. it is suitable with a single life and a small family due to it has studio room and 1 bedroom; i highly recommend for everyone. and also, the location is near with the main road, which is easy commute to the other places.

the royalton at capital commons apartment is stunning. a 2-bedroom apartment is very spacious living rom and dining room. there is a mix of modern and traditional furniture which is beautiful. pasig city is very dynamic and its never a dull day in the area. so much to do around the area, can go run at the park, golfing, and shopping centers is literally on the front door. the amenities in the royalton at capital commons are amazing but the best is the swimming pool overlooking metro manila.

peace and quiet in a big city

ametta place homes are very beautiful. the houses are huge and spacious. the living room is a huge space area for me to have my own little den and my kids to have a small room just for them to play. the garden area is big as well to play some football with kids. the community in general are friendly as everyone here are families. the area is basically a city life, but ametta place house are just tucked away t enjoy the peace and quiet for life away from metro manila.

the kirana was located in the city which is easy to commute with a main road near the apartment. as i researched the meaning of this apartment was suited with a location of this apartment to. i can look the city life at the balcony. even it is located in the center but when i came in the apartment it makes me feel relax with a design of it.

the eton emerald lofts is located in a good location due to i can get everything reach around the apartment even it has a rush hour and many restaurants located near the apartment. all the staffs are so nice, friendly, and quick response. they have a spacious swimming pool with a kid pool. it is a clean place and good maintenance.

i feel luxurious with the security service and the apartment management at the sandstone at portico. the apartment was designed with a beautiful, modern style, and a big one. it also has a subway station near the apartment, which is make me comfortable to access another place. the room is also clean and spacious with air flow through the window. highly recommend for the person who are seeking for the great place to live.

the project is providing residents many facilities and leisure to do an activity inside. especially, have laundry are, clean and maintenance as a service and many facilities that’s unexpected. for surrounding area is surrounded by many types of facility such as schools, hospital, minimart, restaurants and café. furthermore, the location is convenient to drive and suitable to driving people.
