the villa is along with the spacious beach of da nang, that’s so wonderful for me and my family. the ocean estates is the best villa that suit to stay in the holiday vacation. the staffs are also great with the good service and very helpful. we got the private pool in front of our house that is also amazing. hope to stay in this villa project again.

i’ve researched for the new house in vietnam and i have found this place that so amazing. the project is near with many golf courses and main road. it will easy to commute to the city center and other places. for the teacher who are working at vietnam, this apartment is near with the school just walking distance. the design of this project is so classy and very worthy for living.

the project is never boring for me, one world regency has a variety of conception and form of house. i think this is enjoyment of the project, although we not having an entertainment outside but walking around the project could inspired us. additionally, the project is high-quality contribute and well management, inside the project full of greenery leisure for community space and many facilities. these truly provide a quality of living and worth to invest.

i have stay for 1 night for the business trip. the design is beautiful with a long walk way that i don’t know where it will finish. the location is great due to it is near the beach, i walk straight to there to see the sun set at the evening. it was convenient to commute to the city center by the taxi. the room was modern and spacious, the swimming pool was big and also cleaned.

classy and uniqueness villa is the best describe of one world regency project, i really impress in the creativity and high quality of the project, for this project is not unexpected about the developer because they are well known and really reliable but the project’s facility is perfect and has spectacular view. type of villa quite different as an identity of other countries designed, i think this conception is out-standing point.

i get to see both the sunset and the sunrise from one river villas. the sight is breathtaking, and i can't get enough of it. it also features a private swimming pool. this mansion is near the co co river and depicts upper-class life. it deserves to be the most beautiful location villa in da nang. one river villas is located in front of le van hien street in hoa hai, da nang, and has a tram connection to the hoi an district. there are also other facilities nearby, making this an ideal location for a large number of people.

i just travelled for 1 night with my family. our house was so clean and immerse with sunset and million-dollar view. it has private swimming pool at the house too. this villa is located near the co co river, which is showing the upper class life and deserve to be the most beautiful location villa in da nang.
