the project is located at the entrance of nguyen luong bang commercial street, which is convenient for traffic, the project has a good position. so, this is desirable for real estate investor and others resident. i live in area for a year and have a really good life. facility is around us and also have a convenient transportation. i think, if the project is finish, there will be able to see a river view, that’s additional interesting point. from there construction, the potential of project is reflecting how quality of the ascentia is too.

as you know, the ho chi minh city is always a hustle and bustle due to it is a city center. but for this apartment you can be sure with a calm urban area in tan phu, the location is far from the city center and will make you peaceful. it is along with the ca cam river, which can make you feel fresh air in the morning and relieve the stress for a long busy day. a perfect location for the person who likes to city life but can escape from the city and surrounding by nature for 30 minutes.
