Fully furnished house for well being
I rented this place for 6 months for short term business. The first time I saw the house, I was quite surprised because the rental price was not very expensive. I could get a big and fully-furnished house. Even though the interior and furniture are not new, it is in good condition, and ready to use. It also has a private swimming pool. As for transportation, it is quite comfortable. As I have a private car to use, it takes only 5 minutes to drive to Petchkasem Road, the main road, and less than 10 minutes to Hua Hin airport. Also, the surrounding atmosphere was quiet and private. So I was very impressed. It was a wonderful 6 months.
Nice villa, suitable for vacation rentals
This villa is very secure. The on-site gives a sense of relaxation. I bought the villa in this project for a vacation home, and it is a 3 bedrooms villa with a spacious interior. There is also a swimming pool and leisure garden. The villa interior is also perfectly designed and well-ventilated. The weather is not hot, and you can have a chill time and lie down. Every time I have a chance to go on vacation, I will stay here all the time because it is close to Bangkok. It is easy and convenient to travel.
Peaceful and tidy
If you are looking for a peaceful and tidy village, I would like to recommend this village as it is highly private and peaceful. My house has 3 bedrooms with a private swimming pool. The outdoor area is spacious and suitable for dogs, and the interior is modern. The neighbors are friendly. Convenient travel as it's near the main road. The neighborhood is full of villages, shops, and restaurants. Happy about it!
Worth the rental price
I have been renting a house in this project for over a month now. I chose this house because the project is quiet with a good security system. The house that I rented has 3 bedrooms, fully furnished with an appropriate unit area for my family members. There is also a swimming pool, garden, and terrace, which is worth the rental price.
House in a good location
It is a modern style house located in a location that can travel easily. It is also close to the Hua Hin Airport. I have been living at Nice Breeze 4 for a few years. My house has a private swimming pool and around the house has a strong fence, absolutely safe! The house interior features quality furniture and a modern European kitchen. Besides, the living area is spacious, available for raising pets. Also, the house is surrounded by a great and potential environment. In general, everything in the house is okay without any problems. We spend life smoothly as the project location is secluded in the quality area of Bor Fai.
Tropical house in a quiet location
The neighborhood is a quiet community, and you don't have to worry about theft because it is absolutely safe. The project has security guards all the time, and CCTV cameras are installed around the village. If you look for entertainment venues and chaos, this house might not suit you. My husband has been invited here to see the project, and he likes the location because it is natural, overlooking the mountains from the backyard. Anyway, I think the pool is a little too small. The weather here is very hot, but the house is well designed. The living room is open and comfortable. I think that it is worth the money!
Great villa
The price of the villa isn't high at all, considering per square meter. My villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The villa isn't very new, but the electrical appliances and the furniture are still in good condition. Since there are only 19 villas in the project, the atmosphere is very quiet and private. It isn't far from Petchkasem Road, making it easy to get around.
