Reasonable price
I just bought a villa here 3 months ago at a reasonable price. I purchased the one with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, excellent quality furniture, and a private swimming pool. The land area around the villa is spacious, not crowded for many family members. The security guards take good care of us. The atmosphere is quiet and private near Jomtien Beach, less than 5 minutes by car. Everything is great! I'm sure I made the right decision.
