Good location for those who prefer Silom/Si Phraya area
In Surawong there is a demand for residential properties, therefore this condo is one of the few in the area. You can see the Russian Embassy from the window.
Good Location & easy to travel around
The condo is located close to Chulalongkorn University, surrounded by various amenities and many shopping malls in this neighborhood, whether Siam Paragon or MBK Shopping Center. I only take about 2 kilometers to walk. The condo here is a new condominium project. The most important thing is that it is incredibly convenient to travel; whether traveling by MRT or BTS, it is easy. It is recommended to use public transports while staying here because it is more convenient. If you have a car, there are also enough car parking spaces. The common area comprises a swimming pool, a fitness center, and a sauna. I think it's a wide range of facilities and good. The room is also comfortably designed for 1-2 people. Overall, I think when I calculate all my expenses while staying here, it's worth it so much.
