混雑のないこの静かな場所が大好きなので、ホアヒン チャアムで別荘を探しています。そこでこのプロジェクトを見つけ、かなり広々としたリビングエリアとプライベートプール付きの 3 ベッドルームのヴィラを予約しました。ご契約完了後、手付金を預けてから約7ヶ月程度の工事期間がかかります。サンプルハウスは開放的で風通しが良く、大きなプールも付いています。壁が高いのでプライベート感も抜群です。場所は、買い物に便利なショップ、レストラン、ショッピングセンターにも近いです。幹線道路にも近いので移動も便利です。車とソンテウでの移動が便利です。外国人が多く滞在しているのは、彼らのライフスタイルに合ったものばかりだからです。重要なことに、この場所の土地面積は増加しており、将来的に賃貸や投機に最適です。
