the villa is in a quiet environment suitable for relaxation. the fully furnished villa has three spacious bedrooms and a private pool. it is a good place for the party. everyone would be happy for sure. the location is quiet, but you must have a car to travel around because the villa is quite far from other facilities and tourist attractions.

our daughter gets to study at silpakorn university, and she needs to move to live in phetchaburi. so, we were looking for a house for her as well as a family vacation home. i visited the project, which will be completed soon. the project is close to the university, only 4 minutes away by car, and beaches like cha am beach and hua hin beach. the villa looks modern and has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, spacious living space, and a living room that is divided into perfect proportions. there are 2 swimming pools, 1 for adults and 1 for kids. furthermore, the price is reasonable compared to pool villas in other tourist locations. it is extremely impressive.

i graduated from bangkok and returned to my home in hua hin for 3 years to work. i want to buy a house to build stability for myself. i've looked at many projects, but my friend recommended this project because the price is reasonable. the house design is simple and modest. then, i have booked the house with three bedrooms, and it will take about seven months to build a house, or maybe it will be finished before. however, i can inspect the construction process anytime. the road in the project is also extensive. driving cars in opposite directions is easy, making the project look airy and non-crowded. the staff and the security guards are so friendly. i wish i could meet nice neighbors. although the project here is small, there is a large communal pool with sunbeds for the residents. i feel impressed!

project location into the alley quite deep but the project has been taken care of. the central part has a security guard and a communal swimming pool. the house has both a one-story and two-story style.

beautiful condo, building divided on two sides (north and south) there is a long pool in the middle, flanking the two buildings to the sheraton hotel area. you can use the fitness and facilities from the hotel. there is a 24-hour security system, opposite the fn outlet. there are restaurants not far from the official or you can eat from the hotel. next to petchkasem road comfortable travel

i bought a house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a private swimming pool. at that time, i bought a resale house for a good price too, which is a rare price for a house with full functionality. it is convenient to go everywhere and not far from bangkok. i have to travel to bangkok for my work very often. also, it is close to hua hin airport, so i decided to buy a house here. my kids and my wife love it here because it is close to shopping malls and convenience stores, where they can go when getting bored. in general, i think it is excellent and perfect for the family because it is close to schools and hospitals. apart from that, the project facilities are amazing, and the guards are lovely and responsible, never fall asleep during their work. i always bring them snacks. i think the house here is suitable for a vacation home because it is quiet and non-crowded. importantly, the price is also reasonable.

雰囲気はとても満足です。コンドミニアムはチャアムビーチとホアヒン空港の圏内にあります。幹線道路からも遠くないので旅行に便利です。村は静かで安全です。近所の人たちはフレンドリーです。彼らのほとんどは家を購入し、時々休暇のために来ていました。警備員はとても良い仕事をしてくれました。もう一つ良い点は、販売価格がプーケットやパタヤなどの他のビーチサイドの場所に比べて決して高くないことです。そのため、家族の別荘用に3ベッドルーム、2バスルームのヴィラを購入することにしました。ヴィラはうまくデザインされており、ロマンチックで魅力的で、バランスが良く、換気も良好です。ここに来るたびにエネルギーがフル充電されるような気がするので、休暇の家を探している人にはぜひおすすめです。

i came on vacation with my friends for 5-6 people. we chose to stay here because the atmosphere is quiet. it is very suitable for leisure, and the price is reasonable. so, we chose a house with 3 bedrooms, the area was spacious and easy to get around. i secretly thought that the room must be old and unattractive, but when we got there, it was surprising. the room was very beautiful, clean, private, and safe. also, it is close to the city, and the atmosphere around the project is shady. therefore, for anyone who wants to take a quality vacation, you won't be disappointed, and you can recharge your batteries.

友人に勧められて、長期休暇中によくここで休暇を過ごす機会がありました。雰囲気も滞在者もそれほど混雑していません。場所はビーチのすぐ隣にあり、静かで、木々や砂浜の木陰にあります。一番のお気に入りは、大きくて広々としたスイミングプールです。泳ぎたいときに快適さを選択できます。私たちはビーチの目の前にあるプールが美しく、海の景色を美しく見渡すことができるので気に入っています。セキュリティシステムも万全です。築年数が経っているため、建物の状態も良く、メンテナンスも行き届いていると思われます。それとは別に、スタッフは温かく迎えてくれて、フレンドリーでした。また、大きなプールや設備の少ない共用ジムなど施設も充実しています。この場所の欠点は、駐車場が不十分で、2台の車を駐車する必要があることです。全体的には、雰囲気と快適な休暇に比べれば大丈夫です。

i am interested in buying a room condo because i work at hua hin airport and not far from here. the transportation is also convenient, just a few minutes drive to hua hin airport. also, this neighborhood is good, near the supermarket and makro hua hin. more importantly, no traffic jams. the room i bought is a 2-bedroom, with approximately 72 square meters, which is spacious. i stay alone, and sometimes my parents visit me. i like this place because it is right next to the beach, where i can go for a walk at cha am beach anytime. i think the selling price is not that expensive either. oh !! i bought a second-hand room from a famous real estate website. it is fully furnished—no need for any additional decorations, overlooking the beautiful sea view and mountain view. there is also a balcony, but not very wide. the disadvantage here is that the balcony is not the same size, some rooms feature spacious balconies and some feature narrow. i cannot place a large table to sit and watch the view. but it's not an important issue for me. here, there are daily and monthly rental services for tourists as well. therefore, during the festivals and long holidays, it will be a little crowded and lively. for those who love the sea ambiance, not far from the beach, i recommend staying here.
