バンコクのオフィスに訪問した際に、生活のために3ベッドルームのタウンハウスを購入することに決めました。将来的にMRTが建設され、売りやすいため、投資目的で購入しました。重要なのは、この設計がユニークであり、近隣からの騒音を効果的に低減していることです。最も重要なのは、中央ラマ 2 世に近く、数分でアクセスできることです。全体的に見て、私の要件をすべて満たしています。
